Salary: $22-$28/hr to start. You will receive approximately 10 hours per week of overtime, paid at 1.5x hourly rate. Once fully trained, you could earn well over $75K with travel.

Company that services the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a logistics coordinator to work out of their Midland/Odessa, TX facility. This position will work unsupervised out of this location but will report to the Logistics Manager out of their OK facility. You will be overall responsible for coordinating with the different well sites and the trucking companies to ensure that all supplies are being delivered to the teams operating at the well sites. There is also going to be a certain level of customer service required as calls from customers will get fielded to you. Hands-on training will be provided the first week of employment to help you understand the role.

Requirements:

Logistics and/or Oil & Gas experience are not hard requirements, but will definitely be a plus. Ultimately, the hiring manager is looking for somebody who is willing to learn fast and work hard as even military logistics experience will vary from this role. You have to be able to adapt to different situations in an ever-changing environment as things can come up last minute that you have to deal with. Demonstration of integrity will be paramount since you will be working with no direct supervision. It is also critical that you are treating all customers with respect. Overall you just need to show that you are a dependable person who is always willing to put your best foot forward to make sure the logistics side of the house is running smoothly and efficiently.

Position Details:

Schedule: 7AM to 8PM on a 7-days on and 7-days off schedule. Work will start on a Thursday and end the following Wednesday with a whole week off in between
