Position Description: Responsibilities include:
• Perform calibrations on medium to high level test and measurement instrumentation in the calibration laboratory, and where necessary, at customer’s locations (on-site)
• Use your troubleshooting, repair, and calibration knowledge to work on unique equipment
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction on all equipment and services
• Create and verify calibration data sheets for technical content and accuracy based upon specifications and approved procedures

Requirements:
• Military (PMEL or TMDE) training & experience OR technical associates degree
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial OR military calibration laboratory experience
• Experience in calibrating test and measurement equipment in the following disciplines:
o Dimensional
o Mechanical
o Torque

Position Description:
The Motive Power team provides and services batteries used to power forklifts, lift trucks, and more! Techs are based out of our Menomonee Falls office and service the southeast Wisconsin area. Motive Power Service Technicians do everything from repair and maintenance of industrial batteries, chargers, and battery handling equipment, to consulting customers on cost-effective solutions, to performing maintenance and testing in the shop. In the beginning, you’ll be spending a lot of time in the production warehouse learning the ins and outs of our industrial batteries. Once you’ve received all the training you need, you will be traveling to customers’ locations to independently service, inspect, and problem solve.

Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds – these batteries are huge!
• Basic mechanical and electrical abilities – they’ll teach you the rest!
• Safety first individuals – whether it’s driving a service vehicle or working on a battery.
• Hard workers that aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Problem solvers that can communicate well with customers.
• High school diploma.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience operating a lift truck, tech training, forklift training, heavy equipment operations, or rigging experience is a plus!
