POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will provide daily phone support by communicating and directing end users and/or distributor technicians to a safe and sequential diagnosis of required repairs relative to field service and product installation issues. This is also a hand-on type of position where you will routinely repair various types of commercial laundry equipment.
