Work may include general building repairs, patching/painting of various surfaces, as well the potential to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical mechanical and/or electrical machinery located in the interior and exterior of the building. Because this position comes with the possibility of internal advancement, basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems is required.
