• With a focus on operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience, this position oversees all strategic sourcing, purchasing, and component engineering and New Product Introduction (CE/NPI) support activities.
• You will work closely with Engineering and Quality leaders to enhance the global product generation process to ensure company incorporates its strategic supplier partnerships in new product innovation processes.
• This highly strategic role will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive supplier performance improvement and risk mitigation, contribute to revenue and profitability growth, enhance supply chain efficiency, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement to support company's commitment to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.
• You will be responsible for total overall procurement spend and for developing strong supplier relationships to achieve their Total Procured Value (TPV) goals including: total cost of ownership, supply surety / risk management and partnered innovation / business growth.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Materials Management, Engineering or similar field.
• 10+ years’ experience in global sourcing, strategic procurement, operations and/or supply management with 5+ years in a sourcing / supply management leadership role.
• Experience in an electrical/electronics manufacturing environment - RF/Microwave and ICs preferred.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire and retain a diverse global team.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
• Track record of delivering cost savings, process improvements, and op efficiencies thru Strategic Sourcing.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic supplier relationships on a global scale.
• Ability to independently evaluate information, analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and make decisions with minimal guidance while exercising discretion and flexibility to changing priorities.
• Collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong customer focus with a bias to over-communicating.
• NPI procurement and planning, working closely with x-functional teams to support product dev and launch.

• Working knowledge of contractual terms, clauses, and conditions preferred.

Position Description:
