Develop a vertical market and account management plan that focuses on strategic growth. Identify new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments and develop “go to market” strategies to drive business to the end user customer and the standard construction channel.
Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization by understanding their challenges and recommending services to ensure their building systems perform as required to achieve business goals.
Attend industry-specific networking events; actively participate in professional organizations such as ASHRAE, AEE or USGBC to build a network of contacts and to represent Siemens in the market.
Consult with the customer and determine budgeting and investment requirements.

Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:?

Read/follow sketches, schematics, blueprints, manufacturer’s specifications, and maintenance manuals to determine troubleshooting procedure.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform repairs using system troubleshooting methodology and diagnostic tools.
Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions, Dismantle machines
Verify that electrical power is reaching the compressed air equipment and that voltage is as specified, using testing instruments.
Test electrical components: such as, wiring, switches and relays, using test instruments, and replace faulty components.
 

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of mechanical & electrical principles (4+ years military technician experience, technical/trade school, industry experience, etc.)
Experience with compressors, pumps, or vacuum systems preferred.
OSHA EPA Universal and refrigeration training preferred.

Position Description: In this role you will be responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical equipment. You will be trained to become an independent “product expert” on selected company product lines. In order to be successful in this role, you should have experience with and a significant working knowledge of Electronics / Avionics and electrical systems. You should also have a clear ability to work with electronic equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, etc; the ability to troubleshoot basic electric and electronic circuitry, including reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams; and a working understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers, multi-phase power, etc (120VAC and greater). You cannot have been an Intel employee at any of their facilities within the past six months to be considered for this role.
