Position Details
Location: Massillon, OH
Compensation: $22-$30/hr depending on qualifications and experience!
Shift: M-F, 7a-4p schedule, but must be flexible to work off-shifts (including weekends) to meet customer needs
Travel: This is a heavy travel position, where you could spend 2-3 weeks at a customer site. All travel is paid by the company – company vehicle, tools, company card, etc.

Position Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will perform service work in-house and at customer sites under the required instruction/supervision according to the quality procedures and/or customer specifications work order. Responsibilities will include:
• Perform in one or more of the following areas:
o Field Testing
o Mechanical Maintenance of AC Motors
o Electrical Maintenance of DC Motors
o Overhead Crane Inspections and Maintenance
o Control Troubleshooting and Installation
o AC/DC Drives
o Predictive Maintenance (Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis)
o Breaker Service and Repair
o Mechanical Repair (Turbine, Gearbox, Pump)
o Compressor Service and Repair
o Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical applications.
• Train in additional areas in which not yet fully qualified under the instruction of a manager or supervisor.
• Provide guidance to new shop-service technicians that are unfamiliar with the work process.
• Ensure that all tasks are performed utilizing all necessary procedures, work instructions, safety procedures and equipment.
• Keep work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Maintain a professional attitude when representing the company during phone, or personal contact with customers, outside vendors, and/or service providers, etc.
• Advocate and follow all quality, safety and environmental procedures and report all noncompliance.
• Provide support for any special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager. These special projects, at the determination of management, may or may not become part of your primary responsibilities.
• Promote continuous improvement (i.e.: employee suggestions, procedural enhancement, etc.).

• One-year shop or related job/vocational experience.
• Experience with repairing and/or servicing electrical and/or mechanical apparatus.
• Experience with computer applications and SAGE are desirable.
• Hard working, detail oriented, thorough, and able to work overtime and weekends, as needed, to meet company and customer demands.
• Team skills are desirable, as some development and ongoing projects involve teams of individuals from different backgrounds within the organization.

Position Description:
The company is seeking an in-house machinist to join their growing team!
• Perform repair and fabrication of components for ac/dc motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, turbines, etc. using manual lathes, mills, shapers, drill presses, grinders as well as electroplating.
• Must apply knowledge of machining procedures, mechanics, mathematics, metal properties and layout.
• Positive attitude, team atmosphere, and ability to adapt to changes in daily activities are essential.

Requirements:
• Must have experience in Manual Machining work.
o Lathes, mills, shapers, drill presses, grinders, electroplating, etc.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a high school diploma.
