You are going to learn all kinds of machine systems for manufacturing—primarily the woodworking type advanced machines. This individual is responsible for the installation of machinery sold by the company and assisting our customers in the resolution of problems they may encounter. This assistance may be to identify and correct hardware failures, software discrepancies, programming problems, instruction on proper use, applications to some extent, operation and maintenance and the isolation and identification of failures with associated equipment sold by the company. You will also cross-sell service contracts and spare parts.
The fun parts of this job are that not only will you work with great teammates and have great training; you will also get to often go to different places / different locations, learn and work on different machines—all the time. Position Details:
Location: Looking for candidates in Twin Cities, Southern Indiana or Northern OH.
Travel Requirements: YES – HIGH TRAVEL! 100% TRAVEL MONDAY thru FRIDAY, almost every week. You can also expect a lot of OT hours over a weekend too for a major install or repair job. You will be asked about your comfort with this level of travel, and you should not interview if you are not good for this amount of travel.

Salary/Benefits: Your Total Compensation will end up in around the mid to High-70s++, first year. $55k to high 50s / 60k base salary to start depending on amount of relevant experience, AND you get Overtime pay too, on top of a salary (non-hourly) position—this means you always get a full base salary pay, no matter even if you are sitting at home, not at a client site, AND you get the overtime pay, like you were working hourly. The current average overtime worked in this position is 400 to 500 hours a year. This means 400 to 500 hours / year at time and a half.
