Job Description

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, the Senior Demand Planner will focus on forecasting demand and aggregating insights based on trends and patterns, using historical data and cross functional inputs from Sales and Marketing to maximize fulfillment rates that drive shipments. They will assist the Manager of Demand Planning in building and structuring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor/report significant changes in the forecasts and inventory estimations to manager and in an S&OP environment
  • Address demand related constraints in a timely manner
  • Review and analyze current demand and forecast data, and adhere to monthly forecasting cycle
  • Collaborate with the New Product Introduction team and establish appropriate forecasts
  • Initiate continuous and effective communication across all necessary departments to understand demands, trends and challenges
