Diversity Advisory Committee

Orion Talent is committed to DEI, and we are taking an important step forward with our Diversity Advisory Committee that focuses on implementing strategic diversity and inclusion practices across the company. Led by our employees, the DAC drives positive cultural and inclusive change across the organization and works to identify opportunities for change and create impact from these initiatives. Everyone is equally important and empowered to play a part in our diversity strategy, including through these work groups.



This committee educates our employees on D&I iniatives and its importance to our strategy. The purpose is to create a platform for all voices to be heard and allow them to come to work and be their authentic selves.


Our Leadership & Career Development team ensures that employees find ways to grow and develop.


These groups work toward building a platform and process that allows employees to join together in their workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences.
