Compensation: Your Total Compensation will end up in around the mid to High-$70sK++, first year. $55K to high $50sK / $60K base salary to start depending on amount of relevant experience, AND you get Overtime pay too, on top of a salary (non-hourly) position—this means you always get a full base salary pay, no matter even if you are sitting at home, not at a client site, AND you get the overtime pay, like you were working hourly. The current average overtime worked in this position is 400 to 500 hours a year. This means 400 to 500 hours / year at time and a half.
