Title: Project Manager
Location: Richland, WA
Shift: Day Shift, M - F
Compensation: $110K - $130k DOEQ

Position Description:
• Support sales team in review, evaluation, and development of resource estimates for project proposals.
• Manage fabrication and testing projects from inception through delivery, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, testing, packaging, and delivery.
• Developing detailed project schedules that reflect resource availability, customer needs, and company priorities.
• Interface with clients in a concise professional manner.
• Work closely with internal resources to ensure Quality, Cost, and Schedule performance of the project.
• Lead projection execution team to anticipate and resolve problems/issues that impact the success of assigned projects.
• Ability to work safely in office and shop environments and have a safety focus in all aspects of assigned roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to effectively work with and communicate with customers and staff.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience managing fabrication and testing projects.
• Demonstrated experience balancing priorities to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Demonstrated history of working effectively on teams comprised of Engineers, Technicians, and Craftspeople.
• Technical degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes:
• Project management experience with Department of Energy Projects.
• Expertise in some portion of fabrication, testing, and inspection methods.
• Broad understanding of industrial fabrication means and methods, including welding processes and fabrication equipment.
• Self-starter with the ability to focus on project needs and delivery schedules while supporting business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills while contributing to project teams.
