Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Lewisville, TX
Shift: Day
Compensation: $26-$31/hr

Relocation depending on experience.
Travel: Frequent travel to customers’ location
Position Description:
Performs complex maintenance and repairs on various systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel) for rental and customer equipment at off-site locations, using independent judgment. Communicates repair options to customers, orders parts, and completes repairs efficiently to meet customer needs and department profitability goals
• Advises customers on repair solutions, gains approval, and orders parts for timely equipment repair.
• Prepares machines for service following proper safety procedures to prevent injury.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Disassembles and assembles machine components to manufacturer’s specifications using various tools.
• Maintains good customer relations, supports customer needs, and communicates with shop management.
Requirements:
• More than five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
• High school/equivalent diploma or trade school diploma preferred
