Analyze security needs for job site and implement same. Notify local authorities of the job’s presence and request off hour patrols.
Ability to meet labor, equipment and material cost budgets. The most important single criteria is to achieve bid profit or more.
Recruiting, hiring, training, and development of subordinates and their successors.
This is the second most important single criterion.
Maintain excellent relations with all clients such that they insist on your team to do all their construction work.
The superintendent’s capacity to handle a large volume of work.
Securing new work prospects.
Ability to recruit, hire, and train other superintendents.


Requirements:
Education or equivalent training, typically found in four-year degree or certification programs.
10 years’ experience or 15 years related experience.
