o 1st shift (7a – 3:30p)
• Compensation: ~$39/hr - $41/hr
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: $5K sign-on bonus

Position Description: In this role you will be responsible for all machine maintenance, including preventative maintenance, tier 1 repair of production equipment, utilities and facilities including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair at the company’s carton converting facility in Raleigh, NC. Some specific responsibilities and expectations include:
• Maintain industrial machinery and equipment at a high level to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Extensive preventative and predictive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with packaging or related machinery.
• Advanced skills in diagnosing problems, repair, and adjustment of equipment.
• Background in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Prior experience repairing gear boxes, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, pumps, etc.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, prints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Machining skills.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of eight years of experience with industrial maintenance on heavy equipment/machinery, to include pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, compressors, conveyors, motors, etc.
