Position Description:
Reviews, investigates, and makes decisions regarding compensability and appropriateness of claims. Processes and documents all workers compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation. Acts as the authority on workers compensation policies and legislative provisions. Provides liaison with and advisement to external agencies and regulatory bodies in the administration of claims and in the care and disposition of claimants. Processes and handles casualty and property liability claims.
• Reviews and evaluates all work-related accident reports for completeness and clarity of data; analyzes data, as needed, to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Determines appropriateness and amount of worker's compensation claims; investigates individual claims for eligibility for workers' compensation benefits; ensures that all legal and procedural requirements are met for the processing of claims, to ensure proper and timely payment to employees and medical facilities.
• Provides authoritative advice and counsel to management on the interpretation and application of worker's compensation policies, legislation, regulations, and processes.
• Coordinates and participates in strategic planning aimed at reducing the incidence of worker's compensation-related injuries at the facility.
• Assembles appropriate medical information and facts regarding claims for cases pending litigation; represents PENA at Workers' Compensation Administration mediation and formal hearings; represents PENA at trials and other mediations as requested.
• Communicates and interacts with medical professionals, support agencies and others to monitor and assess the progress of rehabilitation efforts, and to facilitate either return to work or, depending upon medical status of the claimant, placement into appropriate alternative positions within or outside PENA, ensuring compliance with all appropriate regulations and guidelines.
• Prepares all necessary forms, records, and documentation, to include statistical analyses and reports, for all claims assigned, as required by various regulatory agencies.
• Makes strategic recommendations for reducing the frequency and severity of losses through the use of a workers' compensation database and/or other claims data reports; designs and develops data bases, performs integrated data analyses, and prepares reports.
• Handles and processes casualty and property liability claims.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:
Develops processes to support both the Interior/Exterior Division and the Safety Systems Division in their efforts to increase productivity and quality by performing the following duties.

Position Description:
• Read parts drawings and make injection molding and assembly process plans to satisfy drawing.
• Must be able to coordinate between various departments such as Mold / Production / Quality to develop tooling quality for mass production.
• Must have ability to comprehend current manufacturing costs and make improvements in process (Cycle time reductions, defect reductions, etc.) to increase profitability.
• Must be able to communicate technical information to mold shop, production, quality department to accomplish goals and targets for process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, analyze data and form hypothesis.
• Must have ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or sketched form.
• People skills a must

Title: Service Manager
Locations: St. Louis & Chicago
Shift: Normal weekdays; otherwise as needed.
Compensation: $80K-$110K+ base salary, depending on experience + 5% bonus + relocation.

Position Description:
The Service Manager leads, coordinates, and directs the daily direction and business of the service department, including supervising a team of 5-10 service technicians, and providing technical resources to ensure appropriate solutions are offered with outstanding, high quality customer service. The Service Manager also provides occasional service calls in the field if short manned/staffed. Key duties include:
• Develop and write proposals based upon customer needs.
• Review JSA’s, safety audits, and responsible for personnel safety in the shop and on the job site.
• Supervise, manage, develop, and evaluate service technicians & employees.
• Review service orders for technical completion, procedures, time entry, and materials.
• Manage job flow including manpower, scheduling, material availability, and dispatching.
• Monitor costs and job status.
• Schedule employee training & manages employee discipline/adherence to company policy.

Requirements: Candidates must have some level of management experience and have led a crew with direct supervisor responsibilities. Candidates must have experience as a boiler technician on commercial or industrial steam and hot water boilers with strong electrical & controls capabilities to support technicians, help develop them, and occasionally provide service support in the field.

Position Description: Project Manager – Building Automation / HVAC Controls

This company is seeking a Project Manager to support their Building Automation Solutions Group. This position Manages large, more complex jobs or multiple projects from pre booking to customer acceptance. You will supervise, direct and motivate the project team during planning, estimating, design, installation, start up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects. You will also ensure customer satisfaction during and at final project completion.

Building Automation Solutions Group. This position assists in the development of project/program plans. You will also assist in the delivery of routine projects or programs. As a Project Manager, you will also assist in routine project/program management activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource management activities). You will also assist with technical review of system design and documentation as well as continuous improvement activities. You may also assist in sales activities and client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:
• Participates in pre-bid reviews and sales to operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of the sale estimate and job layout.
• Analyzes plans, construction contract specifications and codes to determine project requirements.
• Follows up with appropriate management to assure understanding and satisfaction of job scope
• Manages the development of project plans of project activity assuring effective execution by the Project Team.
• Monitors progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.
• Prepares or oversees preparation of engineering re-estimate reports.
• Utilizes financial and monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs.
• Utilizes financial and monthly forecasting tools and works with other team members to monitor, manage, and control costs.
• Prepares or overseas preparation of progress billings, pursues timely payments from the customer and authorizes payments to material suppliers and subcontracts to provide wiring, device installation, special construction or other services.
• Participates in job site final walk thru and manages the completion of all close out documentation such as As-Built drawings and system operating instructions, transfers or excess materials, billings, collections and payments, and all project records.
