Requirements: Candidates must have a strong electronics background and willingness to travel. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and be familiar with high frequency power supplies, processor fans, invertors, DC rectifiers, motor drives, fuses, diodes and transistors. You will be dealing with customers daily so a calm cool demeanor is critical, but you must also have a high level of motivation and energy. Position Description: Retail Superintendent
The Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and subcontractors from construction commencement through turnover and closeout. The Superintendents main focus is managing the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.
Safety
1. Enforce corporate and OSHA safety policies on jobsite, providing key responsibility for safety compliance in the field
2. Implement proactive pre-task safety planning for all work activities
3. Coordination of Shut Downs/Tie-ins
4. Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks with Trades
Quality Assurance/Quality Control
1. Observe and interface with contractors or trades to monitor work performance and productivity of trades
2. Enforce compliance with project schedule
3. Ensure project rules and procedures are maintained
4. Enforce contractors’ responsibilities and scope of work
5. Oversee creation and completion of punchlist process
6. Assist with any commissioning activities
7. Verify that approved products are being installed on site
Planning
1. Monitor and support trade harmony, including jurisdiction compliance with local practice
2. Facilitate Mechanical/Electrical overhead coordination
3. Supervise, coordinate and sequence contractors’ work to minimize interference between various contractors on the project

Document Control
1. Appropriately file documentation using the project electronic filing system as it relates to field paperwork
2. Assist Engineer with RFI review requests for information, including resolution of issues involving multiple trades
3. Perform surveillance of contractor documents to ensure they are building from the latest document set
4. Coordinate project changes with trades and contractors

Position Description: Maintenance Machine Repair Technician

The Maintenance Machine Repair Technician will be working in the Reliability Maintenance environment, and will performing preventative maintenance, modify, install, and maintain company machinery systems and will provide customer training in the implementation of those systems in compliance with company standards and procedures as well as government regulations (SOPs, GMPs, GLPs, PSM, etc.) You can serve as a maintenance advisor in areas of engineering (process design, material selection, documentation, calibration, testing and problem-solving methodology, project scope and follow up). Compensation: Base hourly compensation is $24.00 -$35.50 depending on experience + a shift differential (if working a 2nd or 3rd shift) and you can expect to do 10-15/hrs. of overtime per week.
