Position Description:
• You will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems for all production and facilities equipment in the plant.
• You will work as part of a team to ensure that all preventative and corrective maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
• This position requires extensive electrical and electro-mechanical knowledge to repair the wide variety of equipment in the plant, and great mechanical aptitude as well.
• This job also involves working with engineers and other employees to develop new processes to make the facility more efficient.

Requirements:
From a technical perspective, you must be able to demonstrate good electrical systems troubleshooting and repair skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of such electrical test equipment as multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, and clamp-on ammeters. • Troubleshoot robots and controllers for multiple types of ABB robots. Review robot code and movements. Preparing backups and making changes in the program. Modify positions and update calibrations. Component repair and/or changing.
• Upload, download, and make changes to multiple vision systems including Cognex, Sherlock, Keyence, ABB and Sick.

Position Details: Millwright
• Location: Ennis, TX
• Shift: Typically, M-F, 8-hour shifts with flexibility for client needs and travel
• Compensation: $29-44/hr. based on experience
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation – Company card for travel expenses and daily travel per diem

• Travel: 75% (routine travel to facilities, up to a week, to perform job functions)

Position Description:
This position provides regional support to facilities for the repair and service of rotating equipment including centrifugal pumps, positive-displacement pumps, colloidal mills, blowers, fans, top and side entering mixers, gearboxes, and other mechanical-related equipment. Service, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on rotating and mechanical related equipment.

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience in repairing rotating equipment
• Basic knowledge of machining, welding, and electrical practices
• Demonstrate good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
