Our client strives to be the most valuable partner in water treatment.

Position Description
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the state of Florida in selling water treatment solutions to municipalities and industrial clients. The concentration of clients is in the Tampa and Orlando area. The Florida market is a new market for the company, and they see real potential to grow the market quickly. You will have to manage a sales cycle that is from six months to two years. This will involve selling and influencing key stakeholders within the sale. This is a technical sales position as you will talk to Consultants, Engineers, Contractors, State Regulators, as well the end users with the municipalities or industrial companies. Additional responsibilities will include:
• Bid projects and win profitable business for both ourselves and our suppliers
• Attend trade shows to generate leads, client entertainment, etc.
• Secure strategic paper/presentations at State conferences for key products/solutions
• Assist in strengthening our line card by identifying available solution providers to fill gaps
• Assist in the relationship management of supplier partners
• Attend product piloting opportunities and ensure pilot is successful

Position Details
Location: Tampa or Orlando, FL; Either location is perfectly acceptable as there is an equal distribution of clients in both cities. This is a work from home position.
Compensation: $75K + Commission. OTE for Year 1 is $150K. Year 2 is $250K. Top representatives make $400K+. This includes a company car.
Travel: Limited overnight travel as most travel can be accomplished with day trips within the state.

Position Requirements
• Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Chemistry degree are strongly preferred.
• 5-10 years of selling experience with a strong preference in the water treatment industry.
• Ability to live in the Orlando or Tampa area with travel in the FL and GA (Company HQs) as required.

Position Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance procedures on highly specialized manufacturing equipment. Depending on skill level you will also complete equipment repairs and equipment installations according to specifications in a particular area. High attention to detail is a must. You will also support site goals by maintaining the equipment to optimal performance.

Position Details
Location: Bloomington, MN
Salary: $24-$28/hour, plus OT (shift contains 8 hrs of built in OT every 2 weeks; this adds on 4.5% to your annual pay without having to work extra time, plus Shift Differential for off shifts (10% differential for B-Shift and 15% differential for D-Shift). Expected First Year Compensation = $58K-$75K (without additional OT)
Shift Details:
                 C Shift: 6a – 6p Thur thru Sat and every other Wed

                 D Shift: 6p – 6a Thur thru Sat and every other Wed (15% premium paid for this shift)

Position Requirements : experienced and competent technicians with strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.  Specifically, candidates must possess:

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic and/or vacuum systems and principals of operation.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Skills to work independently, under minimal supervision, to find short-term solutions.
Ability to work independently, proficiency with PC hardware.
Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent physical requirements, which include manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, able to lift (a minimum of 30 lbs), bend, and reach.
Excellent customer orientation.

As the Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting repairs and performs preventative maintenance on facility machinery and equipment. You must be able to work without direct supervision, be a self-starter, pay attention to details including accurate data collection/entry and tracking of preventative maintenance information. Experience in industrial maintenance and welding is a plus but not required.

Maintenance Electrician ($25-$30 with O/T opportunities, First Year $65-$75K+)
As the Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical and electronic equipment, PLC’s, variable frequency drives, electronic/electrical troubleshooting and process control loops. 480Volt and three phase experience is a requirement. Maintenance Welding Technician ($25-$30hr with O/T opportunities, First Year $65K-$75K+)

• Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, control drawings, and other technical data
Shifts Available: 1st shift

Refrigeration/Boiler Technician ($25-$30 with O/T opportunities, First Year $65-$75K+)As the Refrigeration/Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling and assembling, cleaning, adjusting, draining, charging, repairing and lubricating utility equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, refrigerators, chiller cabinets, low humidity units and all other HVAC applications. Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests. The most qualified candidates will have Two or more years of industrial maintenance experience. including knowledge in Engine & Boiler systems, Controls &instrumentation, PLC’s, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, mechanical systems and predictive/preventative maintenance. Must have RETA & Ammonia Certification.
Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd shifts
