Position Details: Site Manager– Vehicle Maintenance & Supply Opertaions
• Location: Baghdad, Iraq
• Shift: M-F Day shift hours with some variation
• Compensation: $175-190k

• Travel: 10% in-country travel. Return stateside a minimum of once per year, up to twice per year.

Position Description:
The Site Manager will support the U.S. Department of State (DOS) operation of the Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Program, a focal point for task order functions and personnel. The Site Manager will ensure that the quality of work meets or exceeds customer standards, and the services are provided in a timely manner. Will effectively communicate with Deputy Program Manager.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• maintaining and promoting a safe workplace
• ensuring compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements/goals
• managing, monitoring, and tracking services
• allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
• identifying problem areas and respond to mission requirements.
• planning and managing service schedules, quality assurance, and safety programs.
• controlling resources; monitor staff proficiency and qualifications; monitor the locations and activities of assets; and coordinate the flow of information
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent experience with business management, contracts, or related fields
• 10 Years of experience related to Fleet Management and class IX supply
• Valid driver’s license
• Current Secret Clearance or previous clearance that can be reinstated
