Position Description

Title: Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Location: Anywhere near 200 locations nationally initially. During the training period (first 52-54 weeks), you will rotate across typically 3 business locations, spaced out during the LDP program. Position Details:
Title: Aircraft Maintenance Site Lead
Location: Seattle, WA
Shift: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Travel: 30%, average travel is approximately 1 week per month.
Compensation: $60K – $75K annual depending on experience and qualifications

Position Description:
As the Aviation Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for cleaning jet engines with our patented foam technology and leading a team of 2-4 technicians. This role is physically demanding and can require lifting up to 50 lbs. We are looking for someone who can perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on company equipment, enjoys working outdoors and is focused on following safety/compliance processes while identifying ways to innovate and provide value to our customers. Requirements:
• 7+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred)
• 2 years leadership position (preferred)
• Initiative, drive and autonomy
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Proven excellence following and maintaining safety precautions while working around large commercial equipment
• Proven experience in innovating processes to increase revenue, delivery times and/or an enhanced customer experience

In this role you will support the installation and maintenance of all electrical, electronic, mechanical, and heating & cooling critical infrastructure. The technician will provide support to all SUPERNAP facility operations teams when assigned. This team member will work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum and will work outside of the box with team members to improve efficiency. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems that may be employed in a data center environment. This may include electrical feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, DC power systems, ATS/STS units, PDU units, air handling units, cooling towers, and fire suppression systems.

Position Description:
The Assembler is tasked with the rework and rebuild spindles, often without prints. This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. This is a demanding job that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a knowledge of machine tools, constant attention to detail and the ability to perform very precise assembly work to ultra-close tolerances. The knowledge and use of computers and software is essential.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or GED with a working knowledge of algebra, geometry and trigonometry. Three or more years of experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as automotive engine/ transmission repair work, experience in electronics, programmable controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics are desirable. Candidates need to have knowledge of bearings, bearing functions and proper bearing assembly protocol. Need to be able to read blueprints and bill of materials and use precision measuring devices.
