Position Description

Position Summary: The Production Team members will support the daily functions and operations of the plant. You will assist in any and all phases of production, preparation, and/or packaging of the product, providing general help/labor where needed.

The Production Team Member works with others as a team to complete tasks in an efficient manner to ensure the line is ready to start and to minimize downtime. You will need to complete paperwork as needed, such as crew sheets, downtime reports, etc. All Team Members are to adhere to SLFB’s policies, procedures, SQF 2000, Good Manufacturing Practices and Global Business Standards. Shift: Openings are primarily on 3rd shift (~11p – 7:30a M-F with overtime on weekends common)

Pay: Target base rate ~$15/hr - $16.50/hr + shift premium + overtime paid at 1.5X bas rate
