Startup Costs: The total Franchisee Fee is $60K
• $10K is the minimum you are required to put down. There is in-house financing available to help cover the remainder.
• Royalty fees are 13% of gross sales. If you put down the minimum $10K required for the Franchisee Fee, the company will take a 25% royalty fee until the entire Franchise Fee is paid off. At that point, it will drop to 13%.

Position Description:
The Maintenance Engineer in this role is part of the Process Operation department. • Assure the PM program is diligently implemented and that Predictive Maintenance technologies (oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic, electric motor testing, etc.) are correctly applied on sugar manufacturing asset.
• Perform design and application reviews of Sugar Manufacturing Equipment to improve operation and reliability.
• Perform studies on equipment failures and present solution(s) to management. Prepare diagrams, drawings, charts, calculations and reports for defining reliability problems and recommending solutions.
• Run the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) process and drive the Failure Elimination Process to ensure significant and sustainable improvements.
• Improve departmental culture through proactive failure prevention and system improvements; and as an integral team member encourage partnerships between production and maintenance.
• In a hands-on manner, work closely with production to find and implement solutions to improve plant efficiency.
• Provide investigative and problem-solving services as well as technical support to operation, in the areas of mechanical engineering, maintenance and plant operation.
• Collaborate with the Reliability Engineer in performing Root Cause Analysis on significant Reliability issues.
• Suggest changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes, historical data, reliability principles and best practices.
• Facilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions.
• Manage Equipment Records and assures current data are loaded in SAP (PM module), and technical library: BOMs, Drawings, SOP’s, etc.
• Drive the parts inventory optimization process.
• Provide project management for Capital Projects; supervise the fabrication, installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Assist with annual and multiannual operating and capital budget preparation; and monitor maintenance costs.
• The successful candidate will be required to live within a 30-minute radius from the factory in Clewiston.
Requirements:
A Mechanical Engineering Degree from an accredited institution is required. The preferred candidate will have 10 to 15 years of related experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, similar to ours – Sugar, Oil/Gas, Power Plant, Chemicals, Pulp/Paper, bulk food, etc.). You will perform maintenance on equipment and systems such as utilities, controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and robotics. You will be responsible for proper documentation in equipment logbooks and a computerized maintenance management system. Responsibilities will include:
• Perform mechanical automation, electrical and instrumentation maintenance assignments, to include routine maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and overhaul of manufacturing / processing equipment within an Aseptic Production environment.
• Support operations by providing technical guidance and oversight on the plant floor during operations.
• Maintain electrical and electronic equipment, such as electrical components, controllers, programmable logic controllers, robots, servos, VFD's, electric motors, control panels, instrumentation device, wire, cables, printers, conduit, etc.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of critical instruments to include pressure, temperature, level, flow, control valves and devices, and instrument shop equipment.
• Ensure production equipment is maintained to an appropriate standard in line with current pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, industry standards, and guidelines set by the company.
• Provide maintenance support to all aspects of the production efforts as established in department procedures and as required by regulatory agencies in order to ensure, and maintain, safe, CGMP compliant equipment and facilities.
• Contribute as required to maintain all production equipment maintenance within the scheduled completion dates while maintaining the validated state of the equipment and process.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document and track maintenance activities.
• Complete and document, per SOP's and regulatory requirements, all corrective and routine preventive maintenance and scheduled performance evaluations for assigned equipment.
• Ensure that all production equipment is running optimally, both in terms of output and quality and assist operations as needed in order to meet company quality and production targets.
• Partner with Quality to ensure processes and products are in compliance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Oversee that processes are in CGMP compliance and establish systems that identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change to improve process effectiveness to heighten quality. Develop knowledge of and understand regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211, CGMPs, FDA, OSHA and other regulatory agencies.

Position Description:
The Project Manager – for a significant full maintenance contract will be located in customer’s facilities in West Palm Beach and Orlando, FL. However, our Projects are across North America. This means you will cooperate with the central functions like Engineering, Procurement, etc. in Sacramento but in charge for a project and maintenance team which is working at the customers location. Your Project scope is typically centered around full maintenance services, accident repairs and overhauls on Locomotives and Coaches.

The successful candidate is capable of leading a cross functional team, which is not reporting to the Project Manager, and to interact in a professional way with our customers.

This successful Project Manager will be responsible for full maintenance services, which includes accident repairs, maintenance and overhaul of our customers equipment within a performance regime assuring the highest availability and reliability of the fleet.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will lead and drive the successful project execution and the success will be measured on quality, availability and reliability achievements as well as customer success and financial results.

• Sets up a framework to regular check of compliance
• Involves the necessary BU contacts or corporate units (e.g. crises management)

• The SPM is supported by the assigned Senior Commercial Project Manager and maintains a close collaboration with him

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge and experience in railroad applicable law and regulations preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in a Project Management ideal in an industrial environment.
• Senior Project management skills, including developing project plans, timelines / schedules, budgets, proposed layouts, resource requirements, calculating ROI, etc.
• Demonstrated technical experience and proven history of successfully managed projects
