Position Description:
• The Field Service Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of oxygen and nitrogen producing plants in the assigned territory. This is a challenging and rewarding job that requires the employee to have problem solving capabilities in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and production processes.
• Field Service Technicians must be dependable. They work with minimal supervision and must demonstrate initiative and self-motivation. Field Service Technicians usually work alone and have primary responsibility for their assigned plants. Service Techs must be available for call outs.
• Employees in this role operate all aspects of the company air separation plant, from routine operations to solving production problems. They maintain compressors, pumps, valves, motors and related equipment. The technicians start up, shut down, and operate the plant. The plants are located at customer sites and are typically within an hour drive from the home location.
• The technician must solve a variety of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and process control problems. The technician makes decisions which require coordination of interrelated tasks. The employee develops conceptual solutions to moderately difficult, non-routine issues/problems and provides guidance on technical leadership of projects.
• Field Service Technicians are trained and mentored as they develop knowledge and skills. The employee is also supported with supervision, lead technicians, engineers, sales and other technical staff. Position Description | System Testing Analyst
Systems Testing Analyst will be responsible for capacity testing of batteries for Commercial, Telecom and Industrial systems.

Essential functions include:
• Check conditions, fluid levels, overall battery voltage, and specific gravity readings of cells, using voltmeters and hydrometers.
• Connect sensing leads to batteries and recording cell float voltages.
• Connect portable battery plant with station battery when needed.
• Communicate with customer on all necessary connections to equipment.
• Connect load banks to batteries.
• Apply temperature correction factor to discharge load and program test equipment.
• Initiate capacity tests, maintaining load at the specified level throughout testing until battery terminal voltage drops below the specified end voltage.

Position Description: On-Site Field Service Representative
The On-Site Field Service Rep serves customers by providing technical support in the on-site repair and/or component replacement of Company equipment. They also serve to troubleshoot equipment problems and occasionally provides training to customer personnel. Also serves as needed in a project supervisory role for larger OTS projects where the job scope includes millwright services, lifting equipment, alignment services, etc. This is a strictly supervisory role. Primary Responsibilities:
The Field Rep will be assigned projects by the Onsite Technical Services Project Manager. Once assigned, the Field Rep will obtain all necessary technical documents and obtain a full understanding of the scope of work to be accomplished. Once onsite they will provide technical oversight and recommendations. The Field Rep will make all travel arrangements using their corporate credit card. They will be responsible for maintaining proper record keeping skills and upon project completion will be responsible for generating detailed work reports. When not on-site the Field Rep will still be compensated for a standard 40-hour work week while working from home.
• Locates causes of equipment malfunctions by visually inspecting and listening to equipment, or by using various diagnostic equipment as required.
• Determines scope of repair and/or replacement parts by supervising the disassembling of equipment and evaluating questionable components.
• Oversees the repair of equipment and ensures proper operation once completed.
• Prepares service reports for each job on a timely basis and submits time sheets, expense reports, and corrective action forms, etc., within proscribed timeframes.
• Travels extensively to US-based locations, as well as to foreign countries to support PG’s int’l efforts, and works extensively on marine vessels to support critical equipment on US Navy and US Coast Guard ships.

Position Description: Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, Project Management Engineers oversee and drive engineering projects from conception to completion. PMEs lead multi-discipline project teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while upholding FastGrid’s client service and quality standards. FastGrid serves as the Prime engineering firm for their customers’ (EPC firms) projects from design through construction (Electrical in-house, Civil and Structural subcontracted).

• Execution and performance of assigned projects, providing regular insight into team performance and project status.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects (typically between 2-4 active projects), serving as the single Point of Contact and interface between the client, subcontractors, and a multi-discipline design team.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and facilitate FastGrid/client relationships.
• Establish priorities and deadlines on project deliverables and drive the project team accordingly.
• Track project status, milestones, and KPIs for all projects within purview; provide regular project and client status updates to supervisor.

Position Description:

Position Description:
Provides nationwide support of fired equipment. Must be willing to listen to feedback, learn, and take on assignments that will stretch your abilities. Service, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on all types of boilers, heaters, fired equipment, etc.

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in servicing boilers and fired equipment
• Proficient with electrical multi-meter and 120v AC and low voltage control circuitry
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, Experience with VFDs, PLCs, single loop controllers and other electronic controls desired
• Demonstrate good communication and organizational skills

Position Details:
• Title: Field Service Engineer
• Location: San Diego, CA
• Shift: You will work from home and typically operate at clients’ sites during normal office hours, M-F, 8am-5pm. Understand you will often be travelling to/from client sites outside normal business hours, and this is where you accumulate most of your overtime hours.
• Compensation: W2: $90,000+ (base salary + OT & quarterly bonuses + additional travel bonuses)

Position Description:
As a Field Service Engineer you will provide field service support to install, conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and retrofit company products and services. Beyond customer service and support, you will be required to liaison between the company field support team and the customer to plan installation of equipment at new customer sites and provide follow-on support for the operational aspects of the equipment and software. Expect to work normal daytime hours M-F, accruing 10-15 hours of overtime per week on average.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide optimum customer satisfaction on all company products and services.
• Install, monitor, assess, troubleshoot, and repair equipment within your assigned area of responsibility.
• Install and maintain wired computer networks.
• Provide remote diagnosis/repair support.
• Relay repetitive field service failures/equipment issues to Tier 3 specialists.
• Complete and submit regulatory and company required documentation.
• Represent company at technical shows and exhibitions as required.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates for this position will have 4+ years of military or industry experience with electronic/electrical process equipment and controls. You will eventually gain proficiency in all the areas below, but be sure to discuss if you have any experience in these areas:
• Previous field service/product installation experience
• Basic wired and wireless network integration experience
• Knowledge of basic anatomy & physiology of the eye

• Skills in operation, test, maintenance, alignment, and repair procedures for electrical equipment & controls.
• Ability to produce high quality work under pressure and within tight timelines with little to no supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in formal & informal settings.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dedication to the team and a sense of flexibility.
• Ability to stand, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, & crawl, frequently lift more than 25lbs.
