As a Mould Shop Repair Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Manage the Mould department to ensure that the Forming Department receives the highest standard and quality of Mould design and repair of Mould equipment possible in order to produce quality containers for customers.
• Design and direct all in plant revisions to Mould equipment to ensure quality containers and meet or exceed company speed percentage of pack and weight standards.
• Inspect and oversee correction of departmental safety hazards and observe and correct departmental employee safety work practices and procedures.
• Instruct and counsel on Mould equipment revision and repair methods and procedures.
• Direct the building maintenance and repair of all Individual System IS machine hangers and distributor plates.
• Work with Corporate and Plant Scheduling to ensure adequate Mould equipment and related parts for needed job changes and to ensure best time and method of movements for new and interplant transfers of Mould equipment.
• Order all Mould equipment hangers inserts tools supplies and related parts to operate department. Supply enough serviceable Mould equipment and Mould hangers to make a successful production run.
• Maintain all records for incoming and outgoing equipment transfers and direct the inspection and inventory of all incoming Mould equipment.
• Must ensure that all personnel under supervision practice good safe working habits and maintain all attendance time and vacation records for the department.
• Monitor life of Mould and track inventory.
• Build and maintain Mould holders inserts and Mould hangers.
• Comply with Environmental and Food Safety standards as set forth in plant policies and programs within Department responsibilities.

Position Details
Location: Simsboro, LA
Compensation: Target base salary is $80K+ dependent on experience. Incumbent will be eligible for a company performance-based bonus that can reach up to 12% Total 1st Year $80K-$95K+.
Shift: Monday – Friday 1st Shift
Supervisory Responsibilities: Incumbent will supervise a team of technicians and operators.
Travel Requirements: Up to 20% as needed for training and plant visits.

As a Process Optimizer, you will to implement Lean Six Sigma methodology and organization within the plant. This position steers the plant goal deployment process and identify opportunities for improvements based on plant targets KPIs. Additional responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for coordinating and executing LSS projects and workshops together with the different departments.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and provide belt project mentoring towards certification in the plant.
• Coordinate and carry out improvement projects and workshops on plant level.
• Work together with the central OEG team for the development of all parts of the system being defined and developed locally in order to standardize any customizations made for the everyday use of the system and any simplifications introduced.
• Work together with the functional manager to identify within each function the losses. Facilitate the project selection by plant priority and resource availability using rigorous and methodological approach following the Plant Performance Workshop process once a year.
• Master all the techniques and methods provided by the Lean Six Sigma approach and the goal deployment process.
• Check the priority with the factory organization and plans the implementation ensuring the integration of them into operational excellence management systems.
• Ensure the effective and timely communication to all levels of the organization and the involvement of the functions which are necessary for the implementation.
• Support the 8 Key Performance Indicators that will be followed as a performance management system from senior team to hourly activity.
• Plan and organize the Goal deployment process steering committee of the plant, taking care of all the factors which determine the success of it.
• Continuously verify that the activities relating to the field of LSS are carried out in accordance with the methods and the tools.
• Represent in the plant the reference to whom all come naturally in case of some doubts about the correctness of the application of methods and tools.
• Comply with Environmental and Food Safety standards as set forth in plant policies and programs within Department responsibilities.

Position Details
Location: Simsboro, LA (Relocation assistance is provided for non-local candidates)
Compensation: Target base salary is $80K-$110K+ dependent on experience. Incumbent will be eligible for a company performance-based bonus that can reach up to 12% Total 1st Year $90K-$120K+.
Shift: Monday – Friday 1st Shift
Travel Requirements: Up to 15% as needed for training and plant visits.

Position Requirements
• Degree in a technical related field or a Business degree with technical understanding is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt with proven working knowledge of the Lean tools is preferred.
• Minimum of three 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis in World Class Manufacturing is preferred.
• Prior experience as a continuous improvement leader is highly desired.
• Understanding of WCM continuous improvement principles operational excellence problem solving and statistical methods.
• People management including teamwork and coaching ability to motivate develop and influence others.
• Strong technical report writing, and oral communication required.
• Able to communicate at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Self-motivated and passionate about continuous improvement.
