Position Description:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Sales Executives develop, expand and manage relationships with Private Practice Physicians who require the use of diagnostic testing assays/services for their patients – with a primary focus on Toxicology (Pain Management, Substance Abuse), Urology (STI) and Psychiatry (Pharmacogenetic). This is a strategic sales role that requires Sales Executives to represent a full line of complementary products and services, build trust with Physicians and Staff, identify/exploit opportunities to sell solutions that improve patient outcomes and provide greater value to Physicians practices as compared to competitors, win new business, expand existing business and get referrals. • Partner with Business Development Director to define sales strategy that results in growth within the assigned territory.
• Perform activities to generate leads, such as prospecting, cold calling, and in person meetings.
• Target customers include substance abuse centers, opioid treatment centers, pain management, urology, OBGYN, and infectious disease.
• Deliver key marketing, clinical and health economics messages to customers and customer groups as provided in sales training or through specific direction from Business Development Director.
• Manage any existing business within assigned territory while generating opportunities to grow the current customer base.
• Collaborate with influencing departments that are part of the customer sales cycle.

You will receive significant OEM training, including being paired with a Master Technician for job shadowing/OJT for the first 90 days and quarterly IR-branded classroom and on-line training. In order to be successful in this role, you should have a working knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment and systems, ideally rotary and centrifugal air compressors, pumps, dryers, cooling towers, filtration systems, HVAC, AC/DC circuits, motors/controls, etc. You must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. Position Description:
The Project Superintendent provides the knowledge, skills, and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations of task order and/or larger lump institutional and/or commercial construction projects. The primary focus of the Project Superintendent is to provide the managerial and leadership skills necessary to accomplish the work by means of subcontractors and to manage the day-to-day issues of a small self-performed workforce. Functions:
• Develops procedures and methods for the diagnosis and resolution of instrumentation problems.
• Prepares estimates, justifications, details, and specifications for instrumentation plant betterment projects including supervision and coordination of these activities.

• Coordinates the preventive maintenance for all customer metering. Assists in the programming and calculation development of metering.

Education, Skills, and Abilities:
