The Mobile Equipment shop has 4 Maintenance Supervisors who rotate leadership responsibilities for shifts and crews. You will supervise 10-15 maintenance professionals on a rotating crew. This position is ideal for candidates with maintenance leadership experience in automotive or diesel shops or in military motor pools, mechanized divisions/units, or flightline maintenance operations.


Requirements: Candidates must have a H.S. diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience leading work crews in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment; and outstanding leadership. Candidates must have good general mechanical maintenance knowledge and ideally some experience fixing automotive/industrial equipment systems. Candidates should have the ability to demonstrate some knowledge/experience in managing Maintenance Programs (planned/preventative/emergency).
