Position Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems within the facility to insure smooth operation, production and safe working conditions. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Quality work processes.
• Supporting the company Performance System-CPS and High Performance Work Systems.
• Following and complying with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Developing One Point Lessons (OPLs), Training materials, and Standard Process Instructions (SPIs).
• Troubleshooting and making routine adjustments and repairs to high-speed industrial equipment and machinery.
• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshooting and replacing electronic instrumentation, switches, and controls.
• Retooling industrial processing, packaging, casing, and palletizing equipment and machinery as needed.
• Repairing and fabricating industrial parts using machine shop tools.
• Assisting in maintenance of stationary support and building systems including ammonia refrigeration, boilers, water softeners, compressed air, HVAC, waste treatment, and fire protection/sprinkler systems.

Position Details:
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $55K-$60K, + OT + Shift Premiums, etc. First year W2 will be ~$75K.
Shift: Must be able and flexible to work any shift with some weekend work as needed/required.

Requirements:
• Must be a transitioning or former Military Technician with outstanding electrical/electronic troubleshooting abilities and/or excellent mechanical aptitude/experience.
• Must have a history of success to include your work performance, schooling, promotion paths, and ability to excel against your peers and candidates for these roles.
• Must be willing to share skills to help others develop, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing a high level of detail and pride towards system and equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs with a focus on safe operations.
