Program Manager

Location: Washington, DC

Position Description

As an Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the transition from a primarily military-centric business clientele by the development of new International commercial power programs, projects and clients.
  • Attend and participate in conferences with clients. Collect information regarding future power plants requirements and funding. Consult with representatives of industry and federal agencies on plans, new developments, and methods to accomplish identified prime power program requirements.
  • Travel to remote and austere areas to lead the mobilization effort of specific projects. LV Electrician

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As an LV Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve under the direction of the Site Manager and in Site Manager's absence under the direction Assistant Site Manager/QA-QC, to operate and maintain all low voltage distribution networks and power plant electrical equipment, electrical distribution equipment, and train other electricians/apprentices.
  • Lead electrical teams or line crews to perform routine installation maintenance and repairs on electric power control equipment, distribution lines, or electric-generating equipment in accordance with the NEC and local codes. In communication with the Power Plant Manager acts as the Senior Electrician and/or team lead.
  • Promote and maintain safety following established safe work practices and procedures.
  • Assist the utility power electrician in the location and rectification of faults on the overhead and/or underground high voltage networks during power interruptions.
  • Assist electrical teams or line crews to perform routine installation maintenance, and repairs on high voltage switchgear, distribution networks, or diesel power generators.
  • Work on power cables, transformers, insulators, and control equipment such as switches, circuit breakers, and panels. This includes collecting transformer oil samples that are tested for contamination as well as cleaning up contaminated sites.
  • Install and connect transformers and make hot taps and splices.
  • Assist the utility crew to install underground cable, conduit, and ductwork. Install transformers; string lights and power wires on cross arms and through ducts and manholes; make electrical connections; and splice cables.
  • Erect and replace poles; perform rigging on high voltage motors, transformers, and compressors.

Air Cargo Specialist

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As an Air Cargo Specialist, you will perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions, and the Performance Work Statement. You will operate GATES/GDSS systems as required. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assists with database integrity by reviewing all required GATES reports when requested.
  • Ensure cargo and baggage are properly handled utilizing the load plan lAW applicable instructions.
  • Validate, select, stage and load aircraft IAW applicable guidance.
  • Build-up/ break-down baggage/mix pallets, multi-pallet trains, and loose cargo.
  • Offload / on load cargo on surface and air conveyance.
  • Accurately weigh and record cargo and baggage.

Air Transportation Supervisor

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As an Air Transportation Supervisor, you will perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions, and the Performance Work Statement. Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all the safe and correct operation for their assigned shift.
  • Facilitate safe loading and unloading of cargo and baggage on and off government owned or contracted aircraft, surface conveyances, and commercial pallet dollies IAW AMCI 24-101, Volume 11 and other applicable instructions.
  • Coordinate employee training that are assigned to their shift.
  • Periodically evaluate employees' performance based on established criteria.
  • Track and document training in the employee training records.
  • Decertify all employees that fail evaluations and facilitate refresher training.
  • Monitor proper validation, selection, staging and upload aircraft loads utilizing the load plan.
  • Verify the proper section to facilitate onward movement of cargo/mail.
  • Enforce proper procedures on build-up / break-down baggage pallets, multi-pallet trains, loose cargo, and mixed pallets.

Diesel Mechanic / Power Plant Operator

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Diesel Mechanic / Power Plant Operator your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a Diesel Mechanic for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services of prime power plant.
  • Report to the Plant Manager on all special occurrences such as emergency outages and corrective actions taken to maintain service.
  • Troubleshoot and overhaul, rebuild, or make comparable major repairs to Gensets, powered support systems, vehicles, and other major components (e.g., engines, generators, alternators, gears, compressors, and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components).
  • Assist in the control and distribution of the mechanical and electrical makeup and operation of powered support systems such as those described above, including their major mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel, gasoline, and/or multi-fuel engines (e.g., overhauling those of 3 to 16 cylinders and up to 2MW of power).
  • Gear and govern components for controlling, changing, or transferring speed and power;
  • Assist in maintaining electrical power through the power plant and primary distribution system, and in the operation of the central switchboard to actuate controlled circuit breakers, transformers, and switches in order to regulate and maintain proper voltage on the distribution lines.
  • When malfunctions occur, assist to isolate and bypass the fault in order to maintain service or take actions to shed low priority loads when full service cannot be maintained.
  • Monitor the distribution of electric power to various distribution points.
  • Operate switchboard controls to adjust controlled circuit breakers, transformers, and switches to regulate and maintain proper voltage on the distribution lines and at the power generation plant.
  • Bring Generators online, parallel generators, and bring generators offline.
  • Report abnormal operating conditions and reroute power through alternate feeders to user areas in case of emergency cutouts or extensive scheduled repair.
  • Notify repair crews of the location of failure and assure that circuits are open and tagged before work is started.
  • Keeps an hourly log of meter readings and records shutdowns, connection and disconnection of circuits, and similar occurrences.

Fuel Manager

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Fuel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of capitalized or non-capitalized bulk fuel storage (above ground or underground steel tanks, fabric tanks and tactical systems) and distribution services (ocean tanker loading and unloading, storage terminals, pump stations, pipelines, hose lines, class III supply points, tank vehicles, and rail tank cars).

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the receipt, storage, internal handling, and shipment of petroleum products.
  • Manage the operations and maintenance of bulk and retail petroleum storage service tank systems, receipt headers, fill stands, direct aviation fuel servicing, direct retail ground fuel servicing, retail service stations (manual/automated), and the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, environmental systems, and grounds maintenance.
  • Interface with the operational activities at the location to maintain excellent communications with regard to upcoming exercises, logistical maneuvers, and other activities to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Ensure assigned personnel are properly trained and meet qualifications to competently perform their duties. Orient new personnel with regard to internal personnel requirements (i.e. timekeeping, company policies, etc.), job specific duties, and location specific policies.
  • Plan and schedule site activities to optimize resources and facilities to meet the Performance Work Statement specifications.
  • Prepare and submit reports or other verifying documentation as required for both local contract requirements and company requirements.

Fuel Accountant

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Fuel Accountant, you will work under the daily supervision of the Lead Fuels Distribution System Operator with assistance as needed from the Fuel Manager. You will be the focal point for dispatching, accounting, and inventory management of all receipt, storage, internal handling, and shipment of petroleum products. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the dispatching, accounting and inventory management of all receipt, storage, internal handling, and shipment of petroleum products.
  • Responsible as a dispatcher to be the focal point for all mobile activity and also for all data flow.
  • Manage the movement of the vehicles and fueling personnel to the customer's satisfaction plus control all repetitive fuels reporting.
  • Responsible for all accounting functions needed for proper inventory management, to include ordering product receipts, inputting all fuel movements, tracking tank inventories and maintaining a ledger for government reporting.

Fuels Distribution System Operator

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Fuels Distribution System Operator, you will work under the daily supervision of the Lead Fuels Distribution System Operator with assistance as needed from the Fuel Manager. You will be responsible for safe and timely set-up, monitoring and transfer of fuel movements during a specific shift assignment. You will ensure through definitive methods that product meets or exceeds quality standards set forth; and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner, contributing to a safe and efficient operation. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Perform receipt, issue, storage, spill cleanup, maintenance scheduling, hazardous waste, and fuel quality assurance operations.
  • Perform the full spectrum of quality assurance sampling and testing as may be required, to include weekend and holiday fuel support to meet MIL-STD- 3004 and ASTM D-1655, latest revision.
  • Sample petroleum handling equipment and systems by various methods and means, from receipt to product issue.
  • Perform operation, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment, recordkeeping, and lab safety procedures.

Passenger Service Specialist

Position Description

As a Passenger Service Specialist, you will perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions, and the Performance Work Statement. Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform passenger service functions lAW AMCI 24-101, Volumes 6,14 and 15, DTR 4500.9-R, Parts I and III.

Power Plant Manager

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Power Plant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the Power Plant Manager for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services of prime power plant and client interface.
  • Report to the Site Manager all special occurrences such as emergency outages and corrective actions taken to maintain service.
  • Control and distribute electrical power through the power plant and primary distribution system and operate the central switchboard to actuate remotely controlled circuit breakers, transformers, and switches in order to regulate and maintain proper voltage on the distribution lines.
  • Closely monitor plant parameters of various feeders.
  • Observe operation of relays on feeders and remote operation of numerous substations, detect indications of deteriorating conditions, and assure that equipment is operating within safe limits.
  • Utilize judgment in interpreting guidelines such as load shedding priority schedule, operating criteria of equipment, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • When malfunctions occur, determine and take actions to isolate and bypass the fault in order to maintain service or take actions to shed low priority loads when full service cannot be maintained. Inform high voltage electricians of the location of failure, cause, repairs needed, and assure that circuits are open and tagged before work is started.
  • Plan operating programs, develop standard schedules for operating and maintenance activities, and make periodic inspections of the power plant and camp facilities to insure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor the distribution of electric power to various distribution points.
  • Operate switchboard controls to adjust controlled circuit breakers, transformers, and switches to regulate and maintain proper voltage on the distribution lines and at the power generation plant.
  • Bring Generators online, parallel generators, and bring generators offline.
  • Report abnormal operating conditions and reroute power through alternate feeders to user areas in case of emergency cutouts or extensive scheduled repair.
  • Notifies repair crews of the location of failure and assure that circuits are open and tagged before work is started.
  • Keeps an hourly log of meter readings and records shutdowns, connection and disconnection of circuits, and similar occurrences.
  • Maintain close relationships with Military prime power group to ensure all their requirements are fully met in accordance with the contractual requirements.
  • Represent department during weekly conferences calls, negotiations, other meetings in the field and be able to speak authoritatively while recognizing the limitations of your own professional knowledge and credentials.
  • Maintain constant awareness of available resources including: personnel, space, equipment, and funding.
  • Plan and coordinate with the Site Manager the storage, transport and procurement of equipment and supplies required for execution at the site.
  • Take direct charge of working operations of the power plant in special situations such as major equipment breakdowns, operating emergencies, or during installation of new equipment systems. Report findings to the Site Manager.
  • Abide by and adhere to all requirements in General Order #1 in conformity with US military standards and practices.

Senior Auditor & Government Compliance Specialist

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Senior Auditor & Government Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate client-based audits including but not limited to annual incurred cost audits, disclosure statement revisions, cost impact analyses due to changes in cost accounting practices, proposal and project audits, system reviews, and public voucher reviews.
  • Support and respond to Government audit requests, including accumulating information, packaging and presenting to Compliance Director for approval prior to submitting to the Government.
  • Support internal audit efforts developed by the Compliance Director, including executing specific procedures to manage risk across the enterprise.
  • Prepare reports summarizing audit findings, review them with management and make recommendations. Interface with government and customer auditors as required. Review, research, analyze and resolve issues raised by government auditors.
  • Coordinate the release of audited and provisional overhead rates to Contract Administrators, Project Managers, and Division VPs.

Senior Project Accountant

Location: Middle East, AE

Position Description

As a Senior Project Accountant, you will report to the Division Controller and will be responsible for project cost accounting and revenue recognition on a portfolio of diverse contract types. These activities include establishing projects within Costpoint, revenue recognition, unbilled receivable analysis and customer billing. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Read and interpret the basic contract document as it relates to billing and revenue recognition, identify and confirm invoicing requirements with the contracts department and Project Manager as necessary, collaborate with project analysts to devise a project structure that considers billing, revenue and cost accumulation requirements.
  • Maintain all aspects of projects within Costpoint.
  • Prepare Cost Plus, T&M and Fixed Price billings for submission to customers.
  • Perform monthly revenue review and research discrepancies.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of billed/unbilled vs. revenue activities, research and resolve unexplained reconciling items.
  • Assist with collection efforts and continued efforts on decreasing receivables.
