Positions

This position primarily supports Legend Customer Service and Sales Departments with inquiries from the field concerning product specifications, applications, and all other technical related aspects of Legend products. Specific support responsibilities include the handling of phone and email inquiries from Legend wholesale customers, representatives, contractors, and homeowners. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, the assistance with the creation, implementation, process and maintenance of technical support documents and information. Possible areas of growth include involvement with hydronic project quotations and potentially small project radiant design assistance.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (verbal, written, computer and interpersonal) as interaction with customers, salespersons and internal team members is essential
  • Strong organizational skills
  • General Legend Valve product knowledge - basic application and operation
  • Experience in the plumbing industry extremely helpful
  • Experience with basic MS Suite software programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitudes - use of basic hand tools, gages and measurement devices
  • HS diploma or equivalent

We are seeking, full-time Creative Coordinator position, at our corporate facilities in Auburn Hills, MI. You will be responsible for designing and creating content for our product and packaging communications, multimedia platforms, including video content, social media, web based digital content, ad hoc content for our national sales team and minor administrative tasks. Qualifications

  • A background in marketing or graphics communications, college experience is considered a plus

We are looking for a motivated extrusion machine technician for daily set up, operation, and troubleshooting of a plastic tubing extrusion line. An associate's degree or similar work experience is preferred. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Change over tooling & fixtures for product sizes
  • Maintain tooling - cleaning & lubrication/rust protection
  • Adjust tooling for proper process (calibration stack)
  • Start up / shut down of equipment
  • Monitors basic quality - OD, color, print, surface
  • Adjust process parameters to maintain quality throughout run
  • Able to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
  • Able to repair minor issues and expand learning on more complex repairs
  • Effective communication of technical issues with engineering
  • Familiar with operation and processing of extruders, material vacuums, cooling tanks, and if possible product inkjet printers and material coilers.
  • Able to load predefined process programs in extruder and coiler
  • Material handling duties as required

Qualifications

  • Familiar with plastic extrusion and plastic material properties.
