The Manager, Accounts Receivable Operations & Transformation is responsible for leading and modernizing the Accounts Receivable function through operational excellence, process improvement, systems optimization, and team leadership. This role oversees day-to-day AR operations while driving initiatives focused on automation, workflow enhancement, reporting visibility, and scalable financial processes. The position will play a key leadership role in supporting finance transformation initiatives, including systems implementations, process redesign, and continuous improvement efforts across collections, deductions management, cash application, and customer account reconciliation activities. • Lead and oversee day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, including collections, cash application, deductions management, chargeback resolution, customer account reconciliation, and trade-related activities

As a General Manager of Maintenance and Repair, you will develop and maintain positive customer relations by understanding customer needs, contract terms and conditions, and by implementing and executing plans to address those needs. You will be assigned into one of three departments (Chassis / Reefer, Crane or Power) and supervise a union workforce in the execution of maintenance and repair activities of port terminal cargo handling equipment. Description

 The Real Estate Development & Acquisition Manager provides essential coordination and administrative support to the Chief Development & Acquisitions Officer and development team across the full project lifecycle.

This role will be responsible for the reporting and presentation on all activities undertaken within the Development and Acquisitions group but primarily assisting the CDAO with the coordination of data flow and information to all stakeholders within the company who require data and information on Projects, Acquisition activity, Due Diligence updates, Development timelines and Fiscal performance

Acting as the pivotal point of coordination, the position supports communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. This position shall have the responsibility for the organization and administration of all document and data flow, and in most cases will initiate certain data input and collation of project information. In addition to the oversight of the organization of information, the coordinator will work closely with the CDAO on all aspects of the Development and Acquisition activities. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience in organization and administration coordination, ability to work with internal and external IT systems and the necessary strong organizational, project management, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Support the CDAO by administrating the acquisition and development process, that will include due diligence, transaction management, and deal coordination.
• Team Support & Management: Support the CDAO tracking the work of architects, engineers, and consultants; scheduling meetings and track project milestones for the CDAO to report on
• Reporting Coordination: Responsible for coordinating and assisting in the preparation of Board presentation, ELT management decks, and other reporting activities
• Administrative Oversight: Assist the Site Development Director and Project Mangers with their review of tracking project costs against budgets and managing RFP responses.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate and assist CDAO with his activities as a primary contact for contractors, community groups, and local government officials.
• Site Support: Arrange site visits and coordinate activities with CDAO for DD and new acquisition activities

Description

The Field Service Technician (FST) supports customers with on-site service, technical support, and training. Responsibilities include:

• Commissioning new equipment and performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing equipment
• Providing telephone and on-site customer support
• Preparing detailed Field Service Reports (FSRs) documenting work performed and equipment performance
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical service support on existing installations to ensure systems meet building codes and operate efficiently
• Program and commission control systems and integrate them with building automation systems
• Work with multiple control systems across different sites
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve site-specific issues
• Document service calls, including follow-up requirements
• Replace failed parts, controllers, wiring, relays, and devices as needed
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers
• Verify devices, panels, and annunciators of control projects
• Ensure timely software backups for projects and software development
• Complete timesheets, service work orders, and other required paperwork accurately and on time
  

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Strong electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems such as AC/DC motors, industrial controls, compressors, backup generators, etc.
• Ability to use volt meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, and troubleshoot basic electric/electronic circuitry
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams
• Working understanding of AC power circuitry (including breakers, multi-phase power, 120VAC)
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
• Service-minded and customer-focused

Travel/Schedule:

• Approximately 75% overnight travel; typically 3 weeks out of the month traveling to customer sites across the U.S., with occasional regional travel.
• When not traveling, work from home completing paperwork, providing technical support, and assisting with housing loadouts.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $30 - $42/hr depending on experience
• Overtime: ~15% annually at 1.5x base rate
• Bonuses: 7% annual bonus

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and two plus years of applicable experience is desired. (equivalent military education with four plus years of applicable experience or high school diploma/GED and eight plus years of applicable experience.)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are preferred.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work independently.
• Auto CAD and PLC programming experience a plus.
