Aircraft Technician

  • To perform all phases of repair, maintenance or modification on aircraft or component parts to include dismantling, repairing, assembling and erection of machinery and mechanical devices and the exchange and replacement of electrical equipment or electrical components.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair and modification on aircraft including engines, landing gear, and components and do the necessary inspection / maintenance and replacement of parts in accordance with the Federal Air Regulations (FARs) and the Repair Station and Quality Manual.
  • Become familiar with and follow the requirements of this Repair Station and Quality Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, advisory circular, manufacturer's service bulletins and any other required to perform their assigned work. Never begin any maintenance unless in possession of the proper, current and applicable approved or acceptable data.
  • Ensure the work area is kept to the highest standards of safety, compliant at all times, enforcing regulations and practices to avoid accidents. Ensure that good housekeeping practices are performed at all times.
  • Perform the proper tagging of Aircraft components, parts and panels appropriately stored (including racks by aircraft).
  • Perform documentation procedures and sign-offs in accordance with Repair Station Manual and respective task requirements.
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are correctly used and handled by operations personnel for both safety and to reduce breakages, wear and tear. Ensure tooling, GSE and ground equipment is returned to its proper storage area following use.
  • Strive for continuous process improvements and increasing efficiencies in execution and delivery with safety as a priority.
  • Maintain close and frequent communication with the Lead Technician, notifying him/her of progress and any road-blocks or threats to task accomplishment that could impact re-delivery.
  • Deal with Customers in a cordial, respectful and professional manner.
  • Ensure the highest quality service, safety standards and performance, with the objective of exceeding customer satisfaction in the re-delivery of airworthy, reliable and clean aircraft, in a timely manner.
  • Take part in any required training as determined by the company.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications or Experience:

  • Aircraft maintenance experience on current fleet types being maintained or modified by the Repair Station.
  • Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  • Experience in V/VIP custom aircraft interior completions.
  • Taxi / Engine Run qualified on transport category aircraft. Completion of General Familiarization Training Courses on current fleet types being maintained or modified by the Repair Station.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

Aircraft Avionics Technician

  • Perform all phases of repair, maintenance or modification on aircraft electrical and avionics systems or component parts. Performs inspection, operational checks, ground handling, servicing, and the exchange or replacement of components as required.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspection, maintenance, repair and modification on aircraft electrical and avionics systems and in accordance with the applicable Federal Air Regulations (FARs) and the Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM)
  • Fabricate and install aircraft wiring to engineering design specifications, including terminations of wire harnesses/bundles and connection of components.
  • Become familiar with and follow the requirements of this RSQM, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Advisory Circular, manufacturer's service bulletins and any other required references to perform their assigned work.
  • Never begin any maintenance unless in possession of the proper, current and applicable approved or acceptable data.
  • Ensure the work area is kept to the highest standards of safety, compliant at all times, enforcing regulations and practices to avoid accidents.
  • Ensure that good housekeeping practices are performed at all times.

  • Understand specific design and operation of installed aircraft avionic systems to enable effective troubleshooting, repair and modification of wiring and components.
  • Able to read, interpret and apply FAA approved or accepted data (i.e. IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM) proficiently.
  • Proven ability to work alone and in a team environment.

Aircraft Structures Technician

  • Perform all phases of repair, maintenance or modification on aircraft structural elements and/or component parts. Performs inspection, operational checks, ground handling, servicing, and the exchange or replacement of components as required.
  • Required to read sketches, drawing, and schematics associated with assigned task and have a good basic knowledge of where to find proper documentation such as SRM references.
  • Perform layout work, measuring, bending, and forming sheet metal in preparation for assembly.
  • Fabricates sheet metal from raw stock by cutting down, drilling to prepare for installation.
  • Become familiar with and follow the requirements of the RSQM, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Advisory Circular, manufacturer's service bulletins and any other required references to perform their assigned work. Never begin any maintenance unless in possession of the proper, current and applicable approved or acceptable data.

Quality Control Inspector

Citadel Completions LLC is currently looking for a highly qualified Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality team. The Aircraft Quality Control Inspector directly reports to the Sr. Director of Quality and is responsible for performing preliminary/incoming inspections, hidden damage inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections on all aircraft maintained by the company maintenance department.

  • Visually and physically Inspects the repairs, modifications, installations and operations of structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, interior and other parts and equipment of aircraft.
  • Ensures proper documentation has been completed and sign offs performed.
  • Performs or witness test procedures as required per applicable work instructions or company policy.
  • Review and maintain a detailed FOD prevention and Tool Control Program.
  • Ensure aircraft FOD prevention Tool Control and other safety procedures are being adhered to.
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with Maintenance Manuals, STC instructions and or Engineering Drawings.
  • Development of company programs, procedures and qualification evaluations.
  • Support training and orientation for new employees
  • Maintaining maintenance libraries
  • Control and Maintain all aircraft logbooks
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Minimum Qualifications or Experience:

  • Must possess a current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License and be eligible for an Inspection Authorization
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years A&P experience with at least 3 years' experience working on Aircraft.
  • Must have at least 2 years of recent Aircraft Quality Control Inspector
  • Must have a working knowledge of aircraft major modifications and documentation requirements and be capable of evaluating multiple platforms and corresponding systems.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend engineering drawings, specifications as well as provide accurate descriptive feedback either verbally or written.
  • Must have a working knowledge of FAA Part 43,65,91, 135 and 145 including major/minor alteration/repairs
  • Must have a working knowledge of maintenance record keeping systems including knowledge of proper log book entries.
