Go to end ⇓• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure compliance with all Quality, Regulatory, and Safety requirements.
• Direct implementation of the Work Management process, including scheduling, detailed planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities.
• Provide oversight for the CEC supply function.
• Serve as an active member of the Maintenance functional area peer group to drive performance improvement and consistency across the fleet.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) or related science — or equivalent qualification per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (Sections 4.1.1.1 & 4.1.1.2).
• Minimum of 12 years total experience, including:
– 4 years in power plant operations
– 4 years in nuclear power plant experience
– 3 years in supervisory or managerial roles
• Must meet additional qualifications outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Section 4.2.3.
• Ability to maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements as applicable, along with favorable medical and/or fitness evaluations per position duties.
