JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safe operation of all equipment associated with assignments.
  • Comply with all company policies for safety and security.

ADM is hiring Lead Extruder Operators in Sabetha, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set-up, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with minimal instruction.
  • Read and understand floor travelers and batch sheets assigned, as well as any other documentation needed for each production SKU.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in an organized, clean and working condition.
  • Prepare minor ingredients, operate related equipment.
  • Shall be able to calibrate major and minor ingredients according to established procedures and control the proportioning of such ingredients.
  • Be able to safely troubleshoot mechanical problems during production and to immediately identify problems during production, i.e., material shortage, quality issue, etc.
  • Set up die plates in a safe manner according to established safety procedures.
  • Must be capable of learning all tear down procedures, as well as cleaning practices for related equipment.

  • Receive, move, store and inventory product and materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform preoperational inspections prior to production / packaging start-ups.
  • Responsible for preparing necessary equipment related to quality checks before the beginning of production / packaging runs.
  • Perform quality checks at the beginning and throughout production / packaging runs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Movement and operation of railcars, forklift, skid-steer, and front-end loaders
  • Loading and unloading railcars
  • Assist with grain and meal handling
  • Area housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and buildings and subsequent documentation
  • Assist other operations and maintenance personnel in tasks as directed
  • Operate a semi-automatic packing system
  • Clean, prepare and load bulk trailers
  • Filling and stacking materials into bags, sacks, or boxes

ADM is hiring a Power Plant Operator in Des Moines, IA.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of power plant employment or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or a relevant degree in power plant operations
  • Must possess or work to obtain a 1st Class Stationary Engineers license for the City of Des Moines within 90 days of employment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on safety, quality, and integrity
  • Shift operation (procedures) and equipment checks
  • Master the digital control system used to monitor and control all Co-Gen plant functions
  • Startup, operate, and shutdown the coal and gas boilers
