The job of the Production Manager is a focused position to ensure all operations within the manufacturing building have access to the resources and materials needed to complete their work orders on time and as efficiently as possible. The PM will develop and coordinate standard work methods and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards as well as produce improvement in labor and material savings. Working in conjunction with the President, the PM will conduct process time and yield studies and provide suggestions required to attain the best possible output. Resources will be provided by the company in labor and tooling to carry out this process, but must be approved by management first. This position is a highly focused position to ensure that the products manufactured in the organization fits the purpose and meets the customer expectations while keeping cost in line and or improving efficiencies to better the service and cost of the products.
