Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Maintain a current driver's license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs. repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
  • Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations

Description
Our Warehouse Delivery CDL Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse.


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
  • Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
  • Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
  • Securely and handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
  • Other duties as requested or needed


Qualifications

  • Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
  • Responsible for the security and condition of all equipment issued to aid in completion of duties
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
  • Complete various reports and documents as required
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively while bending and twisting
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Maintain a current CDL driver's license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business

Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining profitable business relationships with OEM franchise automotive dealerships (including local/regional OEM management personnel) within the assigned geographic territory. The BDM will help to transform and mature the CDC Customers through program and training support in sales and marketing strategy and tactics, operations, and inventory management for the tire category. The BDM will focus on both the expansion of overall customer portfolio and loyalty (SOA) at existing CDC Customers. The BDM will serve as the primary contact for all CDC Customers within the assigned geographic territory.


Job Responsibilities

  • Actively engage and grow current and prospect customers ensuring penetration for all new Car/Truck Dealers
  • Ability to hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key decision makers to show ways to grow their business with TBC Corporation, drawing out fact-based propositions
  • Active involvement in sales forecast and purchase demand forecast
  • Demonstrates strong account management skills, cultivating productive working relationship with customers, vendors and internal resource partners, working closely with Logistics management teams, Sales Operations and Finance departments
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain channel
  • Ability to use Salesforce.com to increase interaction with customers and grow their Book of Business
  • Develop customized business plans and present to customers
  • Must meet and exceed established sales metrics and targets
  • Facilitate dealer training opportunities and strong presentation skills
  • Actively facilitate authorized vendor programs and internal marketing programs with customer base
  • Demonstrate in depth product knowledge for proper recommendations


Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. Business, Sales or Marketing preferred or 3+ years of related business experience
  • PC proficient, with emphasis on CRM tools(Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 3 years proven sales experience
  • Automotive, tire experience or other transferrable sales skills
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to convert or transition leads into profitable sales
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
    • Ability to organize and analyze data to aid in the decision-making process

Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible to profitably grow NTW sales, gross margin and share of market in targeted growth channels. The BDM will focus on independent dealers and fleets. Success will be achieved through maintaining a customer-centric approach and flawless collaboration with the respective local Distribution Center Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership and other TBC departments and functions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in assigned market ensuring penetration in all channels
  • Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers
  • Unlock NTW's growth potential in the Fleet Channel through new account acquisition and the maintenance of existing fleets accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and many other areas of the business
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and supplier partners
  • Participate in the deployment of marketing/promotional programs
  • Demonstrated ability to convert or transition leads into profitable sales

  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong results orientation
  • Valid drivers license and MOTUS complaint vehicle
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Self-starter; can work independently with little to no daily/weekly guidance
  • B.A. or B.S. Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years of related business experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
