Position Description: a manufacturing company in the aluminum extrusion and decorative fence industries, is seeking to fill its Inside Sales position. This position is responsible for assisting customers with their orders, quotes, or inquiries, and works closely with Outside Sales personnel in all aspects of sales and customer service. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years related experience (preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry), as well as excellent communication skills, and experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a timely and proficient matter.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.
• Perform customer verifications, process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Develop new and existing customers to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about our products and services.
• Work closely with Outside Sales personnel in all aspects of sales and customer service.
• Track Company stock levels.
• Maintain Company’s social media communications.
• Attend trade shows or similar events as required and assist with planning.

• Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office--Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Position Description:
The Brewer joins a well-established brewery, brings a passion for craft beer and brewing, and a love for research and exploration. This is a new role, and they’re looking for someone who will help them push the envelope of excellence in craft beer.
Reporting to the Head Brewer, the Brewer assists in all aspects of day-to-day operations from grain to glass. The ideal candidate has a high level of brewing knowledge and substantial professional experience. The ideal candidate will work as a collaborative partner with the Head brewer to run day-to-day operations, as well as help create new recipes, plan barrel projects, manage festivals, and execute production schedules. The right candidate will be a strong team player, able to interface with staff ranging from the brewery to the restaurant, to management. This job requires a hard worker — mentally and physically — who maintains a clean and organized workspace, is dependable and accountable, and extremely safety-oriented.

• Wort production, tank management/dry-hopping, record keeping
• Tank transfers, CIP/SIP operations, cellar management
• Botting, kegging, and cleaning draft lines
• Barrel work with both clean and wild beers
• Choosing beer festivals, and management of festival logistics and operations
• Daily keg checks, inventory, and data collection
• Interfacing with front of house managers

• 1+ years professional brewery experience as a production brewer and cellar person
• Impeccable attention to detail and quality control
• Possesses a mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Eager to learn, execute and improve brewery SOPs, under direction of head brewer
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment, strong multitasker with excellent time management and prioritization skills
