Position Description:

Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician (Mechanical and Electrical)
Location: Hickman, AR (Blytheville)
Shift: Opportunities currently exist on day shift for more experienced/qualified candidates and as part of a rotating schedule for others (7am-7pm. Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat of one week then Sun, Wed, Thurs of the next. 2 weeks days then rotate to 2 weeks of nights. Rotation day is on Monday after their long weekend off.)
Compensation: Target base hourly rate ~$30/hr - $40/hr+
• Additional Location Premium of 15% added to base rate
• Shift premiums for weekends and night shifts

Position Description: Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician
In these roles you would be responsible for performing all maintenance associated with industrial mechanical and electrical production machinery; diagnosing and repairing equipment deficiencies; working with electric, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; reading and interpreting diagrams and blueprints; scheduling preventative maintenance on all equipment; and performing systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities at the mill in Blytheville, AR
Requirements: Candidates for the Mechanical Maintenance roles must have hands-on maintenance experience with industrial systems and equipment (hydraulics, pumps, compressors, conveyors, etc); proficiency with stick welding is a huge plus. Candidates for the Electrical Maintenance roles must have good electrical troubleshooting experience with industrial systems, controls (ideally PLCs) and high-voltage equipment, as they will be working on Cooling Towers, Overhead Cranes, Air Compressors, Medium Voltage Transformers, Utilities, etc.
