Position Description| Aircraft Mechanic
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance, and major inspections on turbofan and turboprop powered aircrafts. Troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft components is accomplished by this position. In addition, engine removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs are all within the responsibility of the Aircraft Mechanic.
• Is responsible for using sound judgment and technical aptitude to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence, and techniques, troubleshooting and discrepancy resolution.
• Removes and reinstalls engines from turbofan and turbo powered aircraft.
• Performs operation checks and engine runs to ensure air-worthiness prior to departure.
• Inspects aircraft in accordance with OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance manuals.
• Evaluates removed components for serviceability and document discrepancies (squawks).
• Troubleshoot and repair all airframe systems as required (hydraulics, landing gear, etc).
• May perform fuel tank sealing on aircraft.
• Document all work accomplished in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
• Accomplishes Service Bulletins, Repair Letters and Airworthiness Directive as required.
• Reads and interprets maintenance manual procedures, blueprints, technical manuals and schematic diagrams when required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a valid FAA approved Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license OR a minimum four years relevant military experience working on fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters.
• Must be able to obtain Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Licenses within 24 months of hire.
• Aviation training preferred. This training may take the form of military training, aeronautical academy or technical school training and/or an Aviation Associates Degree.

Position Description| Test Cell Technician
The Test Cell Technician preps engines for test, testing, and de-prepping engines.
• Trains to become a certified test cell operator. Responsibilities include performing certification testing IAW O/H manual. Troubleshooting testing failures, replacing failed components, and completion of test documentation.
• Working as a motivated member of a specialized team to operate the test cell and the engine under test in accordance with the test instructions or tech orders.
• Consults manufacturer’s manuals to determine tests and maintenance procedures for instruments used for measuring and controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature and other variables.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and cross train on multiple engine lines and other complementary skills and seeks endorsements for those skills as needed to support production requirements.
• Participates in the cross training of other technicians as needed to support production requirements.
• Responsible for observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
• Working within quality, environmental and health and safety management systems to deliver a high-quality product in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Complete daily maintenance inspections of equipment and facility to ensure operational readiness prior to use.
• Troubleshoots, adjusts or replace components on engines and accessories during testing process. Liaisons with engineers, mechanics and inspectors on test performance.

Position Description| Avionics Service Technician
The Avionics Service Technician troubleshoots and repairs (or sends out for repair) avionics systems that are malfunctioning in customer aircraft, and installs avionics systems and components. Directly and openly communicates with customers regarding the status and time frame of repairs. The Avionics Technician uses sound judgment and technical aptitude to make decisions regarding installation, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution. The Avionics Technician is technically competent and is expected to be able to accomplish most of his/her duties with minimal supervision. • Troubleshoots and repairs Flight Management Systems (FMS,) Satcom and Airborne Radio Telephone Systems, EGPWS/TAWS, communications, navigation, radar, TCAS/XPDR, DME, autopilot/flight director, audio, ADF, Cabin Management/In-flight Entertainment (IFE), and other sophisticated avionics/electronics systems.

Position Description | System Testing Analyst
Systems Testing Analyst will be responsible for capacity testing of batteries for Commercial, Telecom and Industrial systems.

Essential functions include:
• Check conditions, fluid levels, overall battery voltage, and specific gravity readings of cells, using voltmeters and hydrometers.
• Connect sensing leads to batteries and recording cell float voltages.
• Connect portable battery plant with station battery when needed.
• Communicate with customer on all necessary connections to equipment.
• Connect load banks to batteries.
• Apply temperature correction factor to discharge load and program test equipment.
• Initiate capacity tests, maintaining load at the specified level throughout testing until battery terminal voltage drops below the specified end voltage.
• Test equipment for overheating, using thermometers.
• Reconnect Station Battery to the DC system once testing is complete.
• Assist customer personnel in adjustment of charger current limit and output voltage levels.
• Check voltage and polarity with a calibrated digital multimeter prior to making any battery connections.
• Check for voltage and continuity with a calibrated multimeter prior to making any connections to the load bank(s).
• Verify whether a system is or is not grounded.
• Protect all cables from pinch points, sharp edges, and any short circuits.
• Safely and proficiently operate a 20’ straight box truck.

Superintendents work with Projects Managers and Senior Company management to execute large scale projects on behalf of the Company. The Superintendent helps to manage the on-site sub-contractor construction team and helps to oversee all Project related work, including all work on site. The Superintendent will be responsible for working with in-house resources to effectively manage awarded Projects. The Superintendent will work with the Project Manager and/or Senior Superintendent to ensure all that all Projects are run on time, within scope and budget and to the Company’s standards as well as client expectations. The Superintendent will be responsible for filing accurate and detailed daily reports to the home office and client. The Superintendent will work with inspection authorities regarding permitting, inspection and approvals as necessary.

Base Salary: $80K to $105K based on experience

Bonus : May be eligible for discretionary “spot” bonuses throughout the year based on exceptional personal performance on a particular job.

Benefits:
Company Retirement Plan under IRC 401(k): Eligibility to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement plan after one full year of service. The company maintains a safe harbor plan whereby Management matches 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and then 50% on the next 2% for a maximum of 4%.

Group Health Benefits: Currently the company offers one of three (3) available group health benefits plans. Employees are eligible after sixty (60) days of continued employment. Per Diem, Lodging, Travel Home, Car Allowance and Fuel Card: Per diem: $40 per calendar day to cover meals and other similar expenses when Employee is working more than one-hundred (100) miles away from home. Lodging: Company pays costs of reasonable lodging while Employee is working on a project. Travel home: Company will purchase, plane tickets for Employee to fly home when requested (typically every four (4) weeks). Car allowance: in the amount of $400 per month during the time when Employee’s personal car is used on behalf of Company business (not issued when on a job without personal car). Fuel Card: Employee may also be issued a Company fuel card for use when working on Company business.
