The Outside Electrician is responsible for: 
  • Install wireways supporting cables in submarines. Install cables and electrical components (nuclear and non-nuclear) ranging from large power distribution switchboards to telephones (also includes control, power, electronics, and weapon systems).

About the Role

Overview
The Shipyard Test Organization is the premier trade made up of a team of world class testers who have the knowledge and skill to be the last in line delivering the most capable warships to the U.S. Navy.
