Key Duties:

  • Perform duties across Combustion-Instrumentation, Electronic Repair, or Electrical Inspection roles.

Position Description: In this role you will be
responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support
and on-site training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new

prepares reports documenting the work performed and the performance of the
equipment. You will spend your first few weeks training at the home office in Tulsa,
OK, then receive OJT with other seasoned FSTs before going out on work calls

  • Provide technical service support on existing

    codes and efficient operation requirements.
  • Programming and commissioning of Control Systems and
    Integration with other systems related to building automation.
  • Be well-versed in multiple controls systems as they may
    be on a different site each day based on the service calls that come in on a
    daily basis.
  • Communicate directly with the customer in order to

  • Document the services performed on a service call on a

    with them in a courteous manner at all times.
  • Verify devices, panels and annunciators of controls
    projects.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have
good electrical, electronic and/or mechanical aptitude, to include
troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of such equipment and systems as AC/DC
motors, industrial controls, compressors, backup generators, etc.   You should also have a clear ability to work
with electronic equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, etc;
the ability to troubleshoot basic electric and electronic circuitry, including
reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams; and a working
understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers, multi-phase power, etc

Position Description:

The company provides top of the line, full and partial automation solutions for both direct mail and retail pharmacies. The OptiFill and RIVA service groups provide support and expertise to the customers on company equipment and product lines. Service Representative(s) will be primarily responsible for providing Level 2 technical support to customers and third-party Level 1 support vendors, along with managing and maintaining the relationship with the customers on behalf of the company.

  • Schedule 1st Level (3rd party) resources, including preventative maintenance and service calls.
  • Monitor and support 1st Level (3rd party) resources to complete emergency break fix service calls.
  • Support the facility group with any enhancements or upgrades that may impact the operation of the company system by providing information and technical knowledge for a successful implementation.
  • Work with the facility (customer) to schedule appropriate downtime for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Provide a summary of work performed at the frequency and detail required by the facility to document the servicing of the system.

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

Position Description

In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for all facility and equipment maintenance related to production, warehousing, and shipment preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain operational efficiency of all electrical and mechanical systems through inspections and repairs
  • Collaborate with production personnel and management to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
  • Lead Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) initiatives to increase reliability
