The Field Service Engineer provides on-site and remote technical support for X-ray and medical imaging equipment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing imaging systems at customer sites while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Field Service Engineers work independently in the field and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and quality assurance inspections, maintaining service documentation, completing required vendor training, and supporting after-hours service coverage through an on-call rotation. This position plays a critical role in supporting mission-critical medical environments.
