Position Description: Responsibilities include:
• Inspect chassis, enter work orders into Caliber at specified facilities.

Position Overview
The Commissioning Superintendent will oversee the commissioning phase of the Titan 350 Power Plant, ensuring all systems, including mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage components, are tested, integrated, and fully operational. This role involves managing commissioning teams, coordinating with construction and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in power plant commissioning, with a proven track record of successfully transitioning large-scale energy projects from construction to operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Commissioning Oversight: Lead the commissioning process for all power plant systems, including turbines, SCR systems, BOP equipment, electrical distribution, and high-voltage infrastructure.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute commissioning plans, including system testing, performance verification, and functional checks to ensure systems meet design and operational requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate commissioning teams, including technicians, engineers, and vendor representatives, to ensure efficient and safe execution of commissioning activities.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and site-specific safety protocols during commissioning activities to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that all systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with engineering specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including SCADA and DCS, for reliable plant operation.

Qualifications

Repairs will be performed to FMCSA standards.

Including ABS systems; air brake systems, wheels end, and structural assemblies
Use of mobile app to log work orders and document repairs
Use of a Mobile truck to drive to locations and complete repairs to company chassis.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Diesel or Chassis Mechanic.
FMCSA and brake certification required.
Knowledge of DOT rules and criteria.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and without direct supervision.
Must be willing to work outside and capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
