Key Responsibilities

Program & Process Leadership

• Integrate and manage MEP and Commissioning (Cx) workflows across multiple project phases.
• Establish and refine program-level processes that improve documentation, turnover readiness, and trade coordination.
• Align project execution with GC standards, client expectations, and internal delivery models.

Manpower & Resource Coordination

• Coordinate staffing levels across mechanical, electrical, controls, and specialty resources.
• Forecast manpower needs based on upcoming project phases and schedule shifts.

Client & End-User Engagement

• Lead or support customer-facing and end-user meetings, translating technical details into actionable decisions.
• Represent the GC or project team in technical discussions related to MEP systems, turnover readiness, and integration risks.
• Maintain professional presence with owners, vendors, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Support billing, invoicing, and cost tracking activities tied to manpower and service delivery.
• Assist in contract alignment, scope clarification, and change management discussions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation supporting project financials.

Project-Level Support & Mentorship

• Provide direct support to field Superintendents, PMs, and trade leads.
• Mentor junior coordinators, superintendents, and technical specialists.
• Assist in resolving technical or workflow conflicts impacting schedule or quality.

Training & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training initiatives to strengthen cross-discipline knowledge.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons-learned feedback loops across projects.
• Encourage structured development pathways for emerging leaders.

Industry Engagement

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade associations.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, standards, and best practices in mission-critical construction.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

• 8+ years of experience in MEP construction, commissioning, or mission-critical project environments.
• Demonstrated project management or program coordination experience on complex builds.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems integration.
• Experience interfacing with General Contractors, owners, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (scheduling software, issue tracking platforms, reporting systems).

Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

• Navy Nuclear background strongly preferred, especially:
  • Multiple sea tours
  • Senior enlisted leadership or officer experience
  • Reactor operations, maintenance management, or engineering watch standing
• BAS / Controls experience, including familiarity with building automation systems, controls logic, or systems integration.
• Data Center Commissioning and/or Operations experience, including integrated systems testing, turnover readiness, or live-site operational support.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with formal commissioning (Cx) processes and turnover documentation standards.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will play a key role in driving growth and the success of our company by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads to help to keep expanding and providing our services to clients in need. This salaried role is ideal for an advisor who thrives in a collaborative, planning-driven environment and is motivated by deepening existing relationships while attracting new clients to the firm. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. The candidate should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the lead advisor for a defined group of client households, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  

Business Development & Growth

• Deepen existing client relationships by identifying and implementing additional planning and investment opportunities.
• Drive new client acquisition through personal and professional networking, referrals, and centers of influence (COIs).
• Represent the firm at client events, community engagements, and professional associations to expand visibility and reach.

Primary Tasks:

• Organize client meetings to discuss financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
• Develop personalized wealth management strategies, including investment planning, portfolio allocation and retirement planning.
• Monitor and review clients' financial progress regularly, ensuring alignment with their objectives and making adjustments.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of investments, tax laws, and other financial matters to provide informed advice.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, considering factors like risk, return potential and liquidity.
• Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
• Create detailed financial plans, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, and tax optimization strategies.

Must-Have Skills and Experience::

• BA bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a wealth manager or financial advisor in an RIA or fiduciary setting, including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems and MS Office suite.
• Demonstrated success in both client relationship management and new business development.

Overview

Duties include but not limited to:

• Welds on butts, sockets, boss roots, weldolets and fillets
• Consumes an E.B. insert to form the root pass of a butt weld, performs 5X magnification visual inspection of pipe welds, and weld repair of excavated areas of pipe welds
• Operates automatic TIG fixed head and orbital automatic welding equipment
• Performs a visual inspection of finished welds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR a minimum of 2 years related technical experience
• Formal GTAW/TIG welding training and/or on the job experience
• Available to work all shifts
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces (in-tank welding) and extreme temperature conditions (cold, heat) as required
• Some lifting will be required
• Ability to work in horizontal, vertical and overhead positions
• Pass an Electric Boat socket and X-Ray butt test and procedures test per training requirements
• Ability to read and interpret welding and shipyard procedures, structural drawings, technical manuals, test documents and diagrams
• Basic mathematical skills
• Individuals are required to possess their own basic hand tools

• TIG (GTAW, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) welding process training and/or experience
• Vocational, Technical and Community Colleges or Apprentice programs
