Description
This role is responsible for driving mission-critical construction programs from:
- Design development through issued-for-construction
- Procurement coordination and long-lead tracking
- Construction execution and contractor alignment
- Commissioning readiness and turnover
- Closeout documentation and operational handoff
The ideal candidate is someone who can operate at both the project level and the field level – building strong relationships with owners, consultants, and contractors while maintaining control of schedule, scope, cost, and risk.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery Management
- Serve as the primary delivery lead across assigned projects, supporting owners and internal teams through design and construction.
- Manage multi-phase project schedules and track milestone delivery across multiple contractors and consultants.
- Drive accountability across the project team to ensure commitments are met.
- Coordinate cross-discipline alignment across MEP, CSA, controls, security, and commissioning.
Design Phase Oversight
- Manage design progression and deliverables from concept through IFC.
- Coordinate design reviews, constructability discussions, and technical decision tracking.
- Lead agenda-driven coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure design packages reflect owner standards, operational intent, and execution realities.
Construction Execution & Field Coordination
Commissioning, Turnover & Closeout

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience in mission-critical construction (data centers, hyperscale, colocation).
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with redundancy concepts (N+1, 2N) and critical power infrastructure.
- Procore experience (or equivalent construction management platforms).
- Bluebeam proficiency.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar program management certification (a plus).
