Compensation: $54.5k base + $70/day (TAX FREE) food allowance + $85/day rate while traveling
1st year W2= $75-80k+

Travel: This is a HIGH TRAVEL rôle. 280 days + per year. Flights + hotels are covered by the company.
Position Description:
The Technical Advisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of specialized industrial services projects—including steam blows, air blows, high-velocity flushing, pulse flushing, and chemical cleaning—ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client specifications. This position serves as the technical representative on-site and in-office, managing equipment setup, inventory, and modifications to hookup designs based on site conditions. The Technical Advisor will liaise directly with clients and craft labor, maintain detailed job logs, and communicate regularly with the home office. Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude, integrity, and the ability to travel frequently are essential. Success in this role directly contributes to client satisfaction, project profitability, and long-term business growth.
Requirements:
• High school graduate.
• Strong mathematics aptitude and ability to analyze compare and interpret facts and figures quickly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to clearly communicate the results of their work verbally as well as in writing.
• Must be good at working with people as well as within business processes.
• Must have a high standard of Integrity.
• Must have satisfactory completed a pre-employment assessment, background screening, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must also have a valid driver’s license and the ability to quickly acquire a passport.
