Position Details:
Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Support Clients across including Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C (Can live anywhere in that area)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $25-$28/hour + OT + Performance Bonuses + Per Diem

Travel: 50% Travel (2 weeks per month with the other 2 weeks working locally)
Position Description:
In this role, you will be part of a team that installs and maintains our customers' bells and clocks. As a family-owned company, we promote strong relationships with our customers that last for years. Because our business has a national footprint, our technicians travel frequently -- mostly to areas east of the Mississippi River. We strive to promote a healthy work-life balance with a work schedule that typically consists of up to 2 weeks on the road per month. When not on the road, you’ll perform local work that allows you to be home at the end of the workday.
• Travel frequently, with up to 50% as managed by the dispatch team. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and clean driving record.
• Work comfortably on ladders (up to 40-ft. extension ladder), in bell/clock towers, and in boom lifts.
• Possess basic mechanical and electronic trouble shooting skills; we will train you on the detailed workings of our products, but you should have a knack and a desire for fixing equipment issues utilizing technical manuals, engineering drawings, and technical support.
• Program electronic control equipment with the aid of manuals and technical support.
• Be our Company’s “face” to the customer and therefore capable of communicating in an effective, courteous, and professional manner.
• Document and summarize issues and work completed in a clear manner through end-of-work reports.
Requirements:
• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues involving both mechanical breakdowns and electrical faults.
• Understand and apply mechanical blueprints and electrical diagrams to accurately assemble, install, or modify equipment and systems according to specifications.
