Field Service Engineer
Location: Preferably near Cleveland, OH, or Pensacola, FL (Remote available for highly experienced candidates)
Salary: $75k-$110k + OT (x1.5)

About the Role – Field Service Engineer
Are you ready to take on complex challenges, travel to exciting locations, and make an impact in industrial air pollution control? As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in inspecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and related equipment to ensure top-tier performance.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and evaluate ESPs and auxiliary equipment, both on-site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ESP systems and microprocessor-based voltage & rapper controls.
- Analyze process data and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless system operation.
- Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all tasks.
- Travel 40-50% of the time to client sites across various industries.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in ESP operation, maintenance, or construction (preferred but not required!)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or equivalent technical training (college degrees are a plus but not required!).
- Independent problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work efficiently in the field directly with the customer.
- Commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Preferred Locations & Remote Work
- Preferably located near our Field Office locations in Cleveland, OH, or Pensacola, FL.
- Highly experienced candidates can live anywhere and work remotely!
