• Electrical responsibilities: plan, implement, coordinate and supervision of all electrical operations, maintenance and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment. Ensure conformance with all change-control development, approvals and execution.
• Schedule, develop and provide QA for all preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, general maintenance.
• Routinely perform all work in strict accordance with governing MOP/SOP/ERP procedures, and maintenance work instructions.
• Operate and monitor critical and non-critical system equipment and components. Oversee work efforts (including 3rd party contractors) for safe and compliant operation, maintenance (corrective and preventive), and modification of critical equipment. Under the direction of the Facility Manager, this position requires hands-on experience in general facility maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Work may include general building repairs, patching/painting of various surfaces, as well the potential to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical mechanical and/or electrical machinery located in the interior and exterior of the building. Because this position comes with the possibility of internal advancement, basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems is required. • Monitors Hour by Hour board (Hr x Hr) for each job and challenges and/or supports operators when they fall behind target and promotes Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI).

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will be a flexible military leader that understands thriving in chaos, developing others, proactive approaches to atypical problem sets as well as some understanding of process improvement.
• Post military manufacturing experience is a plus, as well as certifications such as Green Belt, etc
