• Manage small and large projects. Projects will involve installing equipment and related items at all types of vehicle maintenance facilities.
• Manage the project by driving the schedule, track deliverables, ensure high quality and operational readiness throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project including review blueprints for accuracy, scheduling, sub-contractors, in-house crews, operational requirements, equipment purchases, permitting and vendors.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager for a general contractor or specialty contractor OR 3-5 years of military leadership experience.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined with strong manufacturing maintenance experience. Fabrication/welding/pneumatic/hydraulic skills are a plus as well as prior forklift/front end loader maintenance training (but not required). Lastly, you must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
