Position Description
As an Officer Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, consulting, and evaluating prospective candidates. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the lead point of contact for transitioning Navy Officers throughout the Southwest Region. Marketing, sourcing, and identifying these candidates, developing relationships with them, and preparing them for an upcoming transition into Corporate America.
• Growing Orion’s market share within the Active Duty Navy population.
• Traveling to military bases within your assigned territory in order to conduct seminars, attend career fairs, and meet with transitioning Officers, conducting marketability assessments and preparing them for their transition into the civilian workforce.
• Assisting with resume creation and revision, career options and interview preparation.
• Working with ACAP Centers and other key base contacts to develop relationships, a referral base, and to coordinate your visits.
• Presenting webinars on resume preparation, interview preparation, and career transition topics.
• Utilizing Social Media and other Marketing techniques to increase company awareness and visibility in key candidate demographics.
• Providing recruiting support to fulfill assigned Direct Placement recruiting targets. Being prepared to support and run hiring events as you gain experience in the field.
• Preparing candidates for interviews, getting feedback following interviews and helping guide the process through the point of receiving and accepting an offer.

Position Details:
Location: San Diego, CA
Compensation: ~75K + first year, with potential of 90K+ in second year.
Travel Requirements: Travel approximately 2 to 3 times/month to military installations and/or hiring conferences within your assigned territory (~15% travel).
Career Progression: Orion has a performance based environment. Opportunities to move into Production Recruiter, Account Executive, and other roles will develop, resulting in average earning potential of 115K+ annually.

Position Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing manager and executive level administrative and recruiting support as required to a fast-growing national team of recruiters or sales managers. Additional responsibilities will include:

Sales Support:
• Serving as the ‘Face of Orion’ with all Strategic Level Customers. Must be capable of providing quality consultative guidance, advice and support to clients.
• Assisting in sales program process and fulfillment plans.

• Researching and developing new business leads.

Recruiting Support:

Salary: $35K-$40K, possible incentive pay
Shift Work: Standard 40-hour work week (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
Travel Requirements: Minimal. You will be expected to provide on-site support at seven to eight Midwest Regional Hiring Conferences per year, which will include Saturday through Monday travel.

• Must have the desire to work proactively in a fast-paced and changing environment with a variety of organizations and points of contact is a must, and demonstration of previous success in a similar environment is essential.
• Must be very comfortable interacting on a regular basis with clients and Orion candidates via both phone and in-person, to include making cold calls and customer service calls as required.
• Must have top-notch time management and organizational skills, with outstanding ability to multi-task effectively.
• Must be able to adapt to different personalities in a dynamic work environment in providing distinctly different levels of administrative support to up to several different individuals.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and correspondence with outstanding ability to interact and provide customer support on a regular basis to clients and candidates and internally at Orion as required, whether over the phone via cold call or customer service, over email correspondence, or in-person.
• Must have a keen eye for quality control, even with mundane and routine tasks.
• Must have a proactive approach and drive to succeed with a positive attitude and strong pride in work.
