Requirements

• Operate and maintain CHP and microgrid systems to ensure >97% uptime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical components (generators, pumps, heat exchangers)
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance, including full engine tear-downs

• Ensure safe system operation and full compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple custom electrical power distribution projects for data centers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and field service teams to meet project milestones.

• Basic Qualifications:
