You are responsible for:
  • Operate production equipment (conformal coat, plasma washer, oven, etc.…)
  • Able to perform all tasks in the Mechanical Assembly operation (wash, bake, underfill, masking, curing, demasking and cleaning/touch up, enhanced mechanical, selective solder and depanel)

  • Assembles components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies examining connections for correct fit, and fastening parts and sub-assemblies
  • Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly with a focus on Mechanical Assembly, per documented work instructions
  • Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
  • Performing a variety of inspections with a focus on Mechanical Assembly operation to ensure assembly meet/exceed IPC standards.
  • Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
  • Using hand and/or power tools, and assembly palettes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Typically 0-3 years in an electronics mechanical assembly or inspection role or similar position
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs
 Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with a focus on through hole, press fit, and depanel applications
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
  • IPC-610 CIS

As a Service Engineer – Turbocharger, you will:
  • Perform Assembly and Disassembly: Execute assembly and disassembly of turbochargers and their components per manufacturer instructions.

Mercury Systems is looking for a top performer to help complete a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent inter-personal and communication skills both oral and written.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity, daily hours will be from 2:30pm to 12:00am and overtime is available and encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly, per documented work instructions.
  • Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
  • Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards.

Job Summary:
 
In this role, the work being supported ensures the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry. Position supports incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection. Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure that company standards are met. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection.

Granite State Manufacturing (GSM) is seeking two motivated professionals to join our leadership team on the first shift; one to lead our Lathe Cell and one to lead our Milling Cell.

These roles are ideal for experienced CNC Machinists or Leads ready to step into a supervisory position. You'll lead teams producing precision, large-scale components for the U.S. Navy submarine program and other mission-critical defense applications.

About the Opportunity:

As a Lathe or Mill Supervisor, you'll oversee daily machining operations in your assigned cell, coordinating workflow, mentoring machinists, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You'll partner with Planning to dispatch work in accordance with the schedule and drive throughput across a diverse mix of manual and CNC platforms, including Doosan VTLs, Doosan HBMs (DBC series), Doosan 5-Axis (DVF series), and Mazak and Mori verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations in the assigned Lathe or Mill machining cell.
  • Partner with Planning to schedule and release jobs IAW production plans.
  • Review, verify, and approve weekly payroll for assigned team members.
  • Provide technical guidance on setups, tooling, and process optimization for large and precision components.

As our Operations Manager, you will keep the train on the tracks and make sure that train runs on time. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • HR & Onboarding Support
Coordinate onboarding for new hires—devices, accounts, paperwork, and benefits—and ensure a smooth first-week experience. Track 30/60/90 milestones and support review prep.
  • Payroll, AP, and AR Coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy & SOP Management Draft and update standard operating procedures and internal admin policies. Keep documentation current, accessible, and aligned with firm practices.
  • Internal Communication and Task Follow-Up Own internal task lists, reminders, and recurring project check-ins. Keep the wheels turning by following up on deadlines and ensuring loose ends are tied up. Politely, but firmly manage team members to ensure everyone stays focused and on task.
  • Office & Facilities Oversight Be the primary point of contact with our Firm’s vendors, manage office and kitchen supply inventory, and handle facility-related requests. Ensure the office stays stocked, functional, and professional.
  • Team & Culture Support Help run internal events, coordinate team offsites, and track employee milestones and morale efforts. Support the “people” side of operations.
  • Other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
You’ll pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving and free up leadership to focus on higher-level initiatives.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, HR coordination, or operations (law firm or professional services preferred)
