Veteran Spotlight: Eric Cila

This week, we’re proud to profile Eric Cila, a former US Navy Boiler Technician who is now a General Manager with Monroe Truck Equipment. Eric first reached out to Orion in 2013 after transitioning from the military to find a management position. When it was time to move into a more senior role, Eric had no doubts that Orion could help him find a new career.

In his new position as a General Manager, Eric is confident that his past experience in the military will help him be successful, even though his position is several steps higher from his current role as a Production Supervisor. “Meritorious promotion was a hallmark of my military service. My strong mechanical and leadership training through the US Navy lets me stand equal to any group of individuals for mechanical or mechanical oversight careers,” he said.
